Have fun with the whole family at this new stylish refurbished 3 bedroom ground floor garden apartment. 5 minutes walking distance from Southbourne High Street & white sandy beach. Large private south facing garden and off-road allocated parking space. The property is walking distance to the dog friendly beach allowed all year round (see map off Fisherman`s walk Zig Zag).

South Coast Holiday Homes are able to offer this beautiful 3 bedroom ground floor holiday apartment with brand new open plan Kitchen/Lounge/Diner with beautiful stone worktop overlooking your private garden. Luxury family bathroom with separate walk-in shower & freestanding bath. Separate W.C. Utility room. Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. Pet friendly.

The twin room is small and more suitable for families with children. Due to the limited space, we have draws under the bed for storage.

We provide one travel cot & highchair (Travel cot is located under the master bed ottoman).

Southbourne is a quiet, largely residential area with a lively cluster of boutique shops, brewpubs, cafes, and restaurants on Southbourne Grove. From here, the Fisherman’s Walk nature trail cuts through woodland to family-friendly Southbourne Beach, 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The coastline stretches east around Hengistbury Head, a claw-shaped peninsula and nature reserve with clifftop walks, wild flowers, and a Visitor Centre with interactive displays. Bournemouth town centre is a 5 minute drive away.

This beautiful newly refurbished apartment is within walking distance to the buzzing town of Southbourne where you’re spoilt for choice for places to go. Pop across the road to M’s Bakery for the most divine bread and croissants for breakfast. Why not try Renoufs Wine & Cheese bar for relaxed dining or Dicky’s restaurant for a more formal affair. You may also want to check out The Larder House for stunning French cuisine.

The property is a 5 minute stroll to Southbourne beach via Fisherman Walk and perfect days chilling by the by the beach.
