Lovely clean room with balcony. Very nice shower, kettle, teas etc

good location, nice balcony
payed for early check in as we had a booking we needed to be at for a certain time. Ended up getting they keys 25 minutes later than we payed for due to them still cleaning the room. Took a while for this to be communicated. I wouldn't have minded if this was told to us in advance, however i was calling an messaging multiple times with no reply. Flies all in the room. Did not feel clean, under the bed filthy.
