ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

Where do I start? It's behind a McDonalds restaurant which they don't disclose after you've booked. There was bits of waste outside the property. Guests were staying there and you can hear them at 5am talking openly about how much class A drugs they consumed that night. And they bed was not made up properly when I arrived, and however was staying that room before more items of their clothing was stuffed down the side of the bed. I'll never be staying here every again. You'd be much more comfortable sleeping on a bench, or the beach, or pay the extra money and stay somewhere more decent. I would of given no stars for this place but you had to put at least one.

Filthy, poorly managed property, misleading advert. Did not stay.

Owner supplied replacement tea towel and sponge on request. Owner was initially quick to respond.

Keycode provided to me did not work. Owner came to meet me and got the keys out using a different code. I then discovered that I hadn't been given a front door key so couldn't re-enter. My valuables were inside and my car was parked in a temporary space. I waited in the cold for owner to arrive with key to front door. Once inside, there was previous guest rubbish in the room and the kitchen had not been refreshed. Owner supplied replacement tea towel and sponge on request. The listing had shown a photo of a bath but there was no bath. The cover page of the property stated the accommodation had private bathrooms and parking. However neither of these were present. It did say on the individual listing that these were not present, but this is confusing/conflicting information. The listing states that there is a lift, however it doesn't mention that the lift only goes to the 3rd floor then you have to take a further flight of stairs to the accommodation on the 4th floor. The shared areas/stairwells of the property were filthy and strewn with rubbish including cigarette ends, dirty plates and feces. (See photos) Once I discovered this I no longer felt safe or comfortable to stay in the building so left without staying a single night. I emailed the owner to explain these issues and ask for a refund. Their reply was unhelpful, defensive and gaslighting. They accused me of not following check-in instructions (I followed them exactly) and blamed booking.com for the listing errors. They also called my complaint about the state of the building an "unacceptable unsupported allegation" when anyone entering the building, using the lift and walking up and down the stairs can clearly see all the rubbish, etc. They have so far refused a refund.

The balcony was nice the street view

1 cup no spoons for 2 people. 1towel for 2 people, catch on front door not working, had to bash lock to make looking catch come out, location for front door difficult to find behind mc Donald's. Had to turn on radiators to get heat.
