Fresh, modern clean apartment

In terms of location it was great, right near the beach and food places and shops. Terrace was amazing! And the apartment was fitting with Aircon in both rooms and both rooms were decent size. Kitchen was very well equipped!
Stairs are very steep going up. The place is perfect for couples / adults but children may find the stairs difficult. Stairs were also unclean when we first entered but rest of apartment was really clean. Bathroom door is also very difficult to open and close.

The balcony was great, caught the sun all day and well in to the evening, private enough to sunbathe
Short walk to Boscombe beach/pier and short drive to Bournemouth centre so lots of nice sandy beaches and plenty of stuff to do, all within easy reach
Nice pub/bar opposite flat, good atmosphere but no issue with noise later at night.
Steps up to flat are a bit awkward. Would not recommend for young children or anyone with mobility issues
A decent BBQ on balcony would be a great addition

The Bed was so comfy great location
The strong smell of weed drafting up the stairs does put you off to be honest and the stairs very steep
