Cosy Modern Pet Friendly Garden 5 min to Station

The best part of this property was convenient accessibility from train and bus station, superb cleanliness, packed with all essential items and further information on neighbourhood. My kids loved this place. Special thanks to Ben the property owner who personally came down and walked extra mile to ensure comfortability. Huge thanks for his warm hospitality and accommodating our requests.

There is very little to complaint about as it has already fulfilled our needs and in some places exceeded our expectation. But neighbourhood gets really quiter and dark some places after 7pm due to lack of street lighting. This is because a lot of business were shut down and going through renovation works. Its difficult to find proper restaurant nearby except a Brazlian Restaurant.

We liked the bedroom very much. Well decorated and comfortable bed The location is close to the station in case that helps, we came by car so didn't make much difference.

The wi-fi was slow and we couldn't watch the (small) TV properly as it relies only on TV apps, no antena. The neighbourhood is not great. Check google maps before booking if this is something may affect your stay. The code to get the keys require to open a web link (preferably using a laptop) and complete some questions to get it. Problem is, on the mobile is not quite straightforward. We managed to connect to wi-fi thanks to the bar next door. 4G signal in the area for some reason is slow / bad. There are some fittings broken or lose in the flat and water leaks under the shower. A second toilet not shown in the pictures is not great looking. The access to the back garden is dirty and smelly.

Decor & facilities and it had everything that we needed to enjoy the trip to Bournemouth. Very comfortable sleep.

I was not sure how the hot water worked

Close to city centre and shops. Clean.

It got very hot and was hard to circulate air because the lounge door opens into busy street. Also the internet wifi was not strong at all. We struggled to watch the telly / and make work calls.
