Peaceful Getaway in Forested Park and Off Street Parking

This is a gem of an apartment. Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped. It's in a quiet setting on the edge of Bournemouth's large central park. You can walk through the park to get to the town's lively centre and to the beach. Some visitors won't consider it because it's not "near the beach". But it's less than a 30-minute walk, and for my money it offers much more than a cramped and noisy beach side studio. Julia, the owner, was super helpful when I had an initial struggle with the keysafe. Having a small private garden is a real bonus, particularly in hot weather. I had brought a lot of my own kitchen stuff because I've been caught out before by skimpily equipped "self-catering" apartments. But I needn't have worried. Everything I needed was there; excellent selection of pans! There is only a two -burner tabletop stove, but it's effective. And there's also a microwave and an air fryer. The bed is really comfortable, and neatly tucked away at one end of the apartment. I slept well. I would recommend this apartment highly, and in fact am already making plans to return.

No real issues. The fridge is quite small, but completely fine for a few days' stay. And there's a freezer compartment!

Huge area and a great garden. Everytjing availablr (reccommendation: a washing machine would have been nice in addition).

The kids bed was slightly instable and not perfect.

It was a nice location near a park. It was a nice space and nicely decorated with a lovely large and comfy sofa. Lots of room for our baby to take her first steps and totter about. Appreciated the condiments and pieces left in the fridge, a nice touch.

It is a studio and not a one bedroom apartment and I wish they had advertised it properly. I'm glad we stayed but the cot was right by the bed and I did not sleep well. There was no separation to get rest for the baby when we did activities.

This property was in a lovely location near Meyrick Patk and had everything we needed for our four night stay.
