recently stayed at A&K Inn in Boscombe, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The place was clean, comfortable, and easy to find. What really stood out to me, though, was the CCTV setup — it gave me real peace of mind knowing the property was secure and well-monitored. You can tell they take guest safety seriously, which I really appreciated

There was stains on the floor,the bedsheets didnt seem clean,flies in the room,too hot in every room there needs to be A/C or fans,random cats walked in the place in the middle of the night and there was alcohol bottles left under the cabinet and there was random stains in places and didnt feel clean in the property

I liked the area, it was near many shops and 10 min walk from the beach. And the flat was good considering it's price.

Great place for visiting O2 Academy

The property is very close to the O2 Academy so great for if you are going there (which was the purpose of our stay). The staff were friendly and met us on arrival and arranged private parking (£10 per day). Very easy check in! :) We staying in the 2 bed apartment and there is a balcony area, we used the cooking facilities which worked great and the kettle too! Fridge was big enough and there were plates etc. Boscome beach is a 10 minute walk and is stunning! For the cost it’s a great place to stay for the night!

The car park had bins from local businesses and when we left there was a lot of rubbish on the floor, including soiled sanitary products! It did not smell very nice. I understand that this is not the owners fault, however I would suggest they speak to whoever is responsible for that area as this will affect their guests The apartment did get very warm, especially overnight, could do with a fan in the summer The cups were a bit small so if we went again I would take my own tea cup!

I didn’t do the necessary due diligence when booking this as I was pressed for time. I thought that as an established website anything on booking.com would be reputable enough to book - that proved to not be the case. Firstly, this is not an ‘inn’ so that’s false advertising in itself - it’s a block of apartments. Apartments that you cannot access without a key. Despite arranging a check in time, I could not contact the host. I spent one hour trying to access the property, even speaking to locals and arrived at the conclusion that the ownership had changed hands and that I’d been scammed. I was forced to book accommodation elsewhere and I will be sticking with Premier Inn from now on, at least you know what you’re going to get. I didn’t have to fight too hard for a refund which is nice, but overall this experience was unacceptable for a company the size of booking.com.

Everything, advertised as a full apartment- turns out to be a hmo type step up in an apartment. Not clean , and what seemed to look like a two foot squid ink stain on the carpet at the end of the bed . Didn’t stay - they said they would agree to a refund and now won’t accept any responsibility for the falsely advertised rental. Avoid this slum shack

It was noisy, the pillows were shit(ive a bad neck now), a stranger opened my door, my towel was ripped, strangers by my apartment on the balcony as it has no partition. I could go on and on but its annoying me trying to recall every complaint.

A bit disappointing...

Decorated well.

The rooms were clean at first glance but there was some dirt on closer inspection on the table and toilet. There was no hand-wash. Rooms smelt like someone had been in there. Member of staff wanted ID for everyone in the group which was not specified on the ad. More signage was needed to car park. When messaging queries, they were evasive and told to just ask when we got there. Basic crockery, stained. No milk provided. Bedding stained Sofas worn and torn. Wobbly toilet. Bathroom mat was very worn. No crockery in one appt No AC, no fans, no lamps Noisy at night (fri night) Duvets smelt of BO. £10 parking per night - overflowing bins at the car park. Tiny shower gel sample and lotion sample provided - for 6 people!

Mediocre but convenient for early flight from Bournemouth airport

It was cheap

the address is not very easy to find but that’s not the owner’s fault. The ad is a little misleading: i was expecting a small apartment, I got a tiny square bedroom in a small apartment. When the people who had rented the rest of the apartment, they made a lot of noise and tried to open my door: clearly they thought they were getting the appartment to themselves too. The bathroom was not clean. There was a large black stain on the bedroom carpet. The bed linen was very cheap and all creased up. I was very warm during my stay but i couldn’t keep the window open because of the noise down in the street. No A/C. The yard that gives access to the apartments has a good security grill and gate but that was left open.

Only good thing was that it was located by the High Street. The entrance was at the back of Mcdonalds where it was absolutely filthy

Booked for family with 2 young children. Requested check in details prior only got ‘yes, no’ response and no details on the check in process. Phone battery died on the afternoon. was unable to find entrance or contact booking so unable to stay. Assumed it would be a clear process when arrived! Should make clear on booking the check in process and located above bars.
