It was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The little touches were very cute.

Apartment is as clean as appears in the picture however , things never went as smooth as they seemed! Firstly, the furniture in the sitting room is quite different from the picture posted on the website . There are two double seater couches on the picture posted, however on arrival we found only one of those. The other pair seemed to have been replaced with a single chair with different texture and of course less comfort . Also, the dinning set had no where for us to set it up as there was a kitchen table top fixed permanently at the position where the dining table would ideally be set up (as on the advert on the website ). We immediately alerted the host on the incomplete sofa situation. This was dismissed by saying “The property has seating for three persons” Most annoying was the heat build up in the apartment .There was no form of air cooling device , not even a table top fan considering the hot weather and humidity! In the sitting room we could only make use of a small window which we used with the shutters down ( for privacy reasons) The moment we tried opening the glass door came flying in bees and other insects which was quite discomforting. Also , in the bedroom, due to privacy reasons we couldn’t open the glass door as well . The temperature difference between the inside of the house and the environment is quite huge . We had requested a fan (any size would have made a difference), host promised to get back to us after contacting the owner of the building but never did for the entire period! Finally , the freezer was heavily frosted and definitely required defrosting. I wasn’t sure if I was going to get any favourable response reporting this , as I had my earlier request ignored! Overall , we had an unpleasant experience with the heat coupled with the “cold” attitude of our host sadly!
