Quiet, cosy, in great location to beach and shops!

Very good location, nice and clean home. Lovely kitchen and bathroom facilities. Everything we needed for short over stay. Would stay again.

Nothing we didn’t like. My daughter was looking for a TV but wasn’t needed for our short overnight stay.

Lovely snug apartment with short drives to nearby locations

It was a snug little mini apartment with plenty of space for a small family . The location was easy to explore parts of Bournemouth . It was also lovely and clean with instructions written inside on how to operate the beds, WiFi etc . It had lovely facilities and the kitchen area was an amazing bonus meaning it wasn’t as expensive for eating !

It was very warm inside the building but completely understand this as we was staying in 30c .

Comfort and Hygiene Concerns Impact an Otherwise Pleasant Stay

The place was very clean, cozy, and pleasantly spacious for three people. The layout was well-organized, with a nicely furnished kitchen and a clean, modern bathroom. Having a parking space was a great convenience, and key collection was simple and hassle-free.

the double bed was not very comfortable but manageable for one night. However, the futon was extremely uncomfortable due to a metal bar running through the middle, making it unsuitable for our toddler. My husband ended up sleeping on it and woke up sore and unrested. Since accommodation is ultimately about providing a good night’s sleep, uncomfortable beds significantly impact the overall experience. Additionally, we found the number of cleaning instructions excessive — particularly having to wash, dry, and put away all dishes. This raised concerns about hygiene, as it suggests guests are relying on each other for cleanliness rather than the host. As a result, we felt uneasy and chose to wash all utensils and dishes both before and after use.

Nice property for a short break

The property was in a nice quiet residential area. There was enough space for a couple to enjoy a short break. There was a washing machine which was handy, although I didn't use it. When I left, one of the owners very kindly helped me load my luggage into my car. The Wifi was good, allowing me to watch streaming services as there was no TV.

There was a high step to enter the property, which wasn't easy for me as I use crutches. The heating was very difficult to control, and there was no TV, which was not clear when I viewed the property before booking. I also found the bed uncomfortable, and it gave me a back ache.
