Perfect studio close to boscombe beach

Great little studio close to the beach and well designed space with all amenities

Ideal for beach access and with all facilities needed for single or couple.

Inside was Beautifully kept, great facilities including good kitchen! Homely and sweet. Really kind and helpful host, allowing us to drop off early and stay late. Close to beach. Nice cafe across the road.

You’re ultimately in a block of flats likely cheap residential housing with smell of weed, people waiting to enter without key access and creaking floors from upstairs/downstairs. Reality of holiday rental in poorer rental area .

It's beautiful and clean but the bedroom has poor air ventilation.

It was perfectly clean, beautiful, and cosy design.

The location. It was very loud music outside. The bedroom has no ventilation, no air to breathe. There was an electric but very loud ventilator that I had to keep on all night. So, no restful sleep.

Enjoyable stay and a lovely clean apartment. Host was brilliant and accommodating to our needs.

Lucy was a great host. Very accommodating with letting us get in early to the apartment, which really helped us out a lot. Good communication from her and always replied quite quickly. The location of the apartment was great. Superb if you're needing to be close to the beach as not far to walk. Not far from the town as well and parking wasn't an issue, as there was plenty of on street car parking available. The apartment was well kitted out and was lovely and clean. Well decorated. Bed comfy and shower was powerful which is always good. Quiet road at night which is always a good thing if you're tired.

As it was very hot during our stay, it was quite warm in the bedroom as no window, but there was a fan supplied to help circulate the air. Maybe a curtain to blank the window off so not as light in the bedroom, but this is a more personal preference. This would be the only criticism I would have but it wouldn't stop me staying again.
