Good location to Boscombe, Bournemouth, Christchurch and must visit Mudeford.
Could have done with larger sitting out area.

What a lovely place, felt like home from home. Has all you need for a self catering stay away. Great facilities your own entrance so you come and go as you please with parking. Would come back to stay anytime.
Only thing we found was the sofa to low but as our own sofa at home is high due to back problems.
