What a lovely place, felt like home from home. Has all you need for a self catering stay away. Great facilities your own entrance so you come and go as you please with parking. Would come back to stay anytime.
Only thing we found was the sofa to low but as our own sofa at home is high due to back problems.

The conversion was really well done and the property really well equipped... including tea, coffee and milk. and off street parking. We had a very minor issue with a sink which was resolved really quickly. It is close to the beach, some great places to eat and drink locally and a railway station if you want to go further afield
Nothing really, but instructions on how the heating works might be useful

Is in a good location near to the beach and other facilities. We were able to park on the driveway as well. Accommodation was clean and in good order. Would highly recommend.
