Fantastic place, plenty of space and excellent location

Everyone enjoyed their stay! Property had loads of beds and rooms.

The sign in the window said 10k fine for parties 🥳 I’m hoping that was a joke.

Nice touches, but needs work on the big things

Parking for multiple cars and easy check in make this multi-occupancy holiday let easy to access, with bedrooms over multiple floors and a rear garden enclosed on all sides. Some nice touches throughout made it feel homely and the place was cleaned throughout

The place looked dated, which is not surprising for an older property, but the bare floorboards upstairs made the house noisy with multiple people moving around. The bedroom I slept in had gaps in the floor boards which allowed light to come from the ground floor into the bedroom on the 1st. The living room furniture was sagging and needs reupholstering.

Family weekend break for air festival

Comfortable, spacious with large living room and bedrooms. Kitchen facilities good with large fridge. Within walking distance of beach but would be difficult if you have mobility issues. Excellent parking with space for 3 fairly large cars.

Smell from the drains when the front door was open. No dishwasher if you're going to be doing a lot of cooking.

Perfect property for our needs with two small children. Bedding and towels nice and clean. Well equipt kitchen. Very spacious.

The house wasn't as clean as it could be. Could have had more baths sheets for adults, some towels a little small. Unpleasant smell in the kitchen area.

The downstairs single beds weren't the most comfortable, and the shower seemed to have moments of hot/cold too. Nothing that wouldn't put me off staying again.

Brilliant cosy house

Thank you for Easter eggs and biscuits for kids. Bedding, sheets were nice and fresh. Design and space in the house, big sized bedrooms.

You need to sharpen the knives, please. Also in the kitchen, it is advisable to carry out a more thorough cleaning, including stoves and ovens, as well as clean pans, saucepans, etc. more thoroughly.

Despite flaws with the flat. staying there was fine. We found it upsetting thoug we were not informed that the house is

good space in the flat. over all cosy and quiet.

we though the place is in need of renuwal. flore panel’s creek, holes in floor on second floor, broken toilet seat, visible piping, poor quality beds, suspicious oder in kitchen.

Noisy road opposite Council refuse Yard where lorries start up at 6am. Noisy neighbours, Red-Light District where one of the family got propositioned. Not as close to the beech as you might think. Could do with more bathroom facilities, especially if there are more than 4 stopping. Iron and hairdryer not working.

Value for money

The 4 bed house is good value for money. Easy to get either towns and beaches. They kindly left breakfast cakes. There was tea coffee and milk. It had things you need to wash up etc. Beds were really comfortable. I slept 11 hours! Big fridge so if you wanted to cook and not got out it's good. There is a garden which is a sun trap. So could eat outside. There big table and chairs.

15 minute walk to beach Staff answered queries over message quickly

The smell was horrendous . It smelt of sick and damp . The porch area is disgusting . It rained when we were there and it leaked all through . The garden had mouldy chillies on the floor . The shower was gross and the toilets . Needs a lot of tlc. It’s a shame as it could be a great house . Got no sleep due to people partying over the road all week

Ideal accommodation for 7 single people as the beds were all single. Lovely having outside space.

We could use the coded box to put the key back in so we didnt have to rely on anyone to take care of it.

One of the beds in the room with the fire had a collapsing end base. The front room large sofa had a big dip in the middle of it. But other than that it was fantastic. I would like to stary again.
