Perfect, quiet location for exploring the area
We were greeted by the lovely Rachel, and made to feel as welcome as dear friends. The room was great - comfortable and warm. Rachel had left us a big bowl of fresh fruit, and plenty of tea, coffee and dairy-free milk and cookies (as we're vegan), As there was a blue sky we walked to the beach - which was only about 2 minutes away, and then we walked all the way to the Bournemouth pier (about 2.5 miles). The B&B was also only about a 7 min walk Southbourne high street where there are lots of lovely restaurants and shops. We were only able to stay for a couple of days but would definitely stay again.

A weekend stay with my wife and dog in a nice hotel.
A comfortable small hotel well situated for Southbourne and central Bournemouth. Bed was large and comfortable and the room had a fridge and microwave. Hotel manager was very friendly. It was very dog friendly.

The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and also tidied every day. Just a 3-minute walk from the beach cliffs with access down to the beach. There are 2 very lovely pubs also only a 5 minute walk from the accomodation.

No problem recommending this!
We were greeted warmly by Rachel and shown to our room, which was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The mini-fridge and microwave were very useful and the proximity to the beach and Southbourne high street made it easily walkable. A great place to stay and excellent value for money.
Can't think of anything we didn't like!
