Air conditioning in the living area was very much appreciated! Located so close to town and priory, which was a few minutes walk. Very comfortable bed and property. Ideal for a couple of nights. Lovely little private patio for us to use. Well laid out property and owners very kindly messaged to say we could check in early, as previous guests had vacated early.
No teaspoons, which seemed a bit strange!! Would have been nice to have some milk left to get us started. Parking restrictions in the suggested car parks were extremely challenging, as we had thought that we could just pay every 24 hours but the app only allows you to pay for 11 hours, then another 11 hours, then you have to move the car elsewhere, as only allowed to stay for 24 hours in each car park(but could only pay for 22 hours or would get fined!)

It was central to everything we wanted to do whilst in Christchurch. Loved the fact that the lounge / kitchen was upstairs so you could see the view.

Amazing cottage, right in the centre of town and yet so quiet and peaceful with amazing views of the river.
Personal preference but a king size quilt on the bed.
