Perfectly located between Christchurch town centre and Avon Beach South.

Breakfast not included, although Hayley & Jon did provide coffee, shortbread, and other items for our stay.

Nice Place to stay

.The house was very clean and all amenities and provisions were good. The house is nicely situated in easy walk to Mudeford Quay and also close to Christchurch. The situation of the house is very quiet and neighbours were very friendly,handy corner shop across the road.. There is a nice garden to sit out in when warm. There was good communication from the hosts . As a couple we come down to Mudeford/Christchuch at the least 4 times a year and will definitely plan( dates allowing) to stay here again

Quiet comfortable retreat.

Surprisingly quiet location. Convenient store a stone's throw away. Near to the beach. Clean, tidy, comfortable. Welcome package was a nice touch. Good phone signal and free WiFi.

The house was lovely and warm when we arrived. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with everything you need to cater to a family. The house is modern, clean, and comfortable. We would book it again if we have another chance in the future.

Great family or couple coastal holiday stay, nothing to fault, rare gem.

Ideal holiday stay - comfy beds, quiet location, easy parking, superb kitchen, fantastic clothes drying rack (got to get me one!), cute garden. Appreciated the comfortable check out time (we made it by 1 minute!). Lots of clear instructions in frames on how to use appliances etc, great idea. Bread and biscuits very welcoming touch.

Very Good Choice in Christchurch

This is a comfortable, very clean and a well equipped house. It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. It is located in a quiet residential area with off street parking. There are lots of shopping nearby so it makes self catering very easy. Contact was the owners was easy and they responded immediately to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was immaculately clean , well presented and in a great location, very close to Bournemouth, mudeford and southbourne beach! Really great 👍 lidl nearby and convenience shop opposite. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay again ! Coffee machine in the kitchen and complimentary biscuits and crisps , milk and tea etc were very nice !

A nice little break

Nice clean house with hospitable touches such as bottle of milk in the fridge and bottled water.

A few minor niggles. The arrival instructions were a bit vague. We were instructed to strip the bed and clean the surfaces put towels in basket on departure which seemed a bit like hard work. The blinds were more ornamental so we were all woken by sun streaming in at 5am. Generally good.

Nice clean, comfortable modernised house in 2000's housing estate near to sea

Ability to make breakfast on first morning welcome. Bread, butter, selction of jams, tea, coffee (pods), milk and cereals. Range of condiments available, include sauce sachets, salt and pepper and oil for cooking, Nisa opposite for essentials. Wipes and new sponges for cleaning up after cooking as well as product for the dishwasher. Nice toiletries in bathroom including full range of hair and showere products. Good quality and smart bedding, double bed in one room and single and large single/small double in seconf bedroom. Garden to rear for BBQ, unfortunately rained when we were there :-(. Easy walk to the Harbout Hotel if you want a realy good seafood dinner at The Jetty. Off street parking for two cars.

Enjoyed staying in the house, just a bit out of the way for us, OK if you have a car.

House was bright and airy, comfortable, nice place to stay in if you have your own transport, little bit out of the way if you don't.

Location not so much. We had no transport of our own, and house was in middle of housing estate, which made it a little difficult for us. Cost us a fortune in cabs!

Perfect convenient location, for future visits

This property was not only in the perfect location for me to spend some quality time with a grandson (who works in Christchurch) but also suited both our needs. The location is quiet and yet easily accessible. Not too far from the ferry port and convenient for both shopping or drives out to the countryside. As for general shopping all the big supermarkets are in close proximity plus the local convenience store was within sight. With easy parking for 2 cars.

Enjoyable and a convenient place for us to meet up with interests for both couples.

House well decorated and clean, welcome basket of groceries and a nice little Xmas tree to greet us. Beds very comfortable.

Home cooking and dining difficult for 4 adults, table very small, insufficient cutlery and no suitable vessels for use in the microwave. Also controls for extract fan and hob lights placed unusually high up. More than one towel would have been appreciated.

Home from home.

The accommodation was very well equipped and had pretty much everything that was needed. The two bedrooms were decent sizes and could fit a travel cot in either of the rooms. The bedrooms had plenty of storage and beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all items needed and basic essentials were provided. The host would quickly answer any questions. Drive could fit two cars on easily and garden was decent size. I liked that you had a code for the front door rather than a key to get in and out.

Lovely clean modern home close to the beach and a short distance from Bournemouth

Lovely clean modern house. Comfy bed and sofas. The house has everything you could need, including great little extras like a coffee machine. Lovely thoughtful addition of fresh bread and milk, as well as a few treats for us to enjoy. The hosts seemed lovely and sent helpful messages, I would have been happy to contact them had I needed to. Nice location just a few minutes drive to the beach, and 20 minutes to Bournemouth seafront. Would happily stay again.

The only bad thing I would say is the blinds are nice but do nothing to stop the early morning sunlight.

Perfection.

Super easy. Used the code supplied on the day to get the key from the safe.

Cannot think of anything. It was the perfect place for us to explore the coastline from Sandbanks all the way up to Milford and everything in between.
