Perfect location, and a beautiful little home from home.

You are really close to everything, short walk to the Priory, quay, pubs and restaurants. The property itself is a really nice size for a couple with a spacious and comfy bed, and a well appointed kitchen area. Despite being an old property and staying in Feb, it was always cosy inside.

Brilliantly compact yet deceptively spacious. Bedroom is super comfy. Kitchen, well equipped and the bathroom very well put together.

Internet was practically non existent but this was apparently due to the recent floods which have caused roads being dug up and internet service heavily disrupted. Location wise, it’s very handy for the town, but the property is very close to a main road so the traffic noise can be a bit intrusive, especially at night when trying to sleep.

vert stylish, it is right in town, very clean and tidy,,,,,,, every effort is made to make your stay as comfortable as possible, car park right opposite and parking is cheap..... well worth the cost to stay

Gorgeous, comfortable bed, high-quality bedding, a lovely bath, and tasteful decor throughout. Everything was very clean

Fantastic city centre location, making it easy to walk everywhere. The Hayloft is a beautiful listed building full of character, very clean and comfortable, and well equipped for a weekend stay. It felt cosy and welcoming and was a great base for exploring the city.

Parking was a little tricky on Saturday night as nearby car parks were full, but this is understandable given the central location. We did eventually find a street parking space.

1. Cold at 11 deg as heating was not on and took 5 hours for the downstairs to warm up, upstairs radiator hardly functional 2. Foul sewer smells from the bathroom, basin appears to have no water trap, likely failing building standards 3. Streaming condensation from windows

Very convenient location

Lovely stylishly decorated and appointed apartment, very convenient as close to everything, minutes walk from high street, fabulous comfortable bed and linen, and a beautiful luxurious bath.

Could not get stove top and oven to work, owner came to help, but still could not get it to work the following day - so could not use to cook/ heat food. Perhaps leaving clear instructions would be helpful. Unfortunately very busy road due to road works and could not have windows open - felt a bit claustrophobic.

Fine for one night

Place had good facilities and bed was fab. though I never understand why you aren’t offered just a sheet in warm weather. Mega duvet which I didn’t use. This was an attic room. There was a fan. Kitchen great but didn’t use.

Can’t open windows downstairs. No fan downstairs. Water comes out of shower onto floor. Couldn’t work out the lights on the stairs for going down and as painted in black I felt they were dangerous. The entrance door is so hard to open with and without the key. You need ear plugs.

Beautiful accommodation, absolutely stunning inside. Everything you need to relax. Top quality linen and accessories including toiletries. Chocolatex were a nice touch! Perfect for a romantic stay!

All perfect, except an additional fan would have been great for downstairs as the property was very hot due to the current heatwave.

A beautiful little cottage right in the centre of town tucked down a tiny backstreet. Beautiful kitchen with everything you could need. Fabulous bathroom. Super size comfy bed with quality pillows, quilt and bedding
