Perfect holiday apartment, hope to book to stay again.

This apartment was perfect for us as a family, very clean, had everything we needed and a lovely garden for our boys to enjoy. Perfect location, few minutes walk to the beach and shops. Host Kate was very helpful and responded to any questions we had.

Perfect for a short two night stay for the beach

Clean, well equipped and great location, only a 5 min walk from beautiful Sobo beach. Quiet residential area with private off street parking a bonus.

If I was being super picky the sofa bed could have been a bit more comfortable to sleep on, but it was fine for a couple of nights

2 things that are really important to me good value and spotless

If your staying around southbourne boa Combe or Bournemouth area this is a decent location. I booked it for 2 nights it’s really clean it looked like it had just been refurbished when we stayed because everything looked brand new Trying to stay in Bournemouth isn’t cheap this was the cheapest I found on booking.com and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality Kate who owns in messaged me an stayed in contact answered anything I asked let me check in an hour earlier when I asked. I have family in Bournemouth an I’d stay here again no doubt

We had a great stay ,we had all what we needed, clean,modern and cosy apartment. Short walk to the Sobo Beach. Very Kind and very helpful owners.We definitely would like to come back

Brilliant, definitely stay here again

We as in daughter and granddaughter stayed the weekend for a cheer leaders competition that was being held in Bournemouth , had no idea of area etc , but every were in Bournemouth was booked or very expensive . There was nearly 8,000 athletes plus coaches plus families at the competition that’s without any holiday makers so Bournemouth was very busy . So booked this lovely apartment and so glad we did , was in a lovely residential area five minutes to bus stop which took you to the centre of Bournemouth family return ticket £9 parking for the day in Bournemouth would of cost more and the stress of finding a car park too. We were a 10 min walk from a lovely clean beach and 15 min walk from the shops , the apartment was very clean had everything you needed and very comfortable, would definitely stay here again

This place is perfect WITH its own private garden!

I love this place! The owners were very attentive and helpful when we checked in later than expected. The property is beautiful, clean and well equipped! The garden was fantastic for my daughter! Easy check in. Great garden, easy check out and all round brilliant stay!! Thankyou and I hope the owners see this review as I was a very satisfied customer!

A good location. Clean and practical. Well equipped kitchen.

As there was building work going on in the rest of the building, there was noise of drilling or hammering etc from 8:30am..... this was far from relaxing. Bedroom could do with a chair or piece of furniture....there was no where to put clothing, towels etc on...

Brilliant

I'm one of the lazy travellers who normally don't write a review after a holiday. But I feel that this place is deserved to be known by more people given the fact that there are not many reviews although the score is high. I was a bit hesitated booking this place for this reason actually but the pictures do look promising. After this stay I would say it has everything we need. Privacy - This "apartment" is more like a semi-detached bungalow to me at the back of a house so it's very private and quiet . Parking - The day we arrived at the property, Kate's husband was there and suggested we can reverse the car along the side of the house all the way to the back to the entrance of the apartment. It's very helpful as it's very safe and convenient to me. Every time it's so easy to load up/off the car. The area is quite residential so even parking off road is a good option. Facility - Everything looks new and clean. Soft carpet in the bedroom, comfortable bed, shower and toilet area is well designed considering the space and we felt very comfortable. Hot/cold water fully functioning at the kitchen sink. We didn't use cooker, oven and washing machine so can't comment on these. The other thing I like is the sofa bed. It's a double bed and it's quite solid. I'm the one using it for 4 nights and I had 4 great sleeps :D The bedroom door also provides some level of sound proof which is important as I snores. There is a small garden, again it looks quite nice and new. Keys - There is a coded lock box and it's so easy to get/return keys. Location - I'm mentioning this the last as everyone can simply google it. 6/7 minutes walk to Southbourne Beach. Less crowded compare to Bournemouth Beach but equally nice (except for the entertainment facilities). 12/13 minutes drive to Bournemouth anyway. Couldn't think of anything for now. I hope the above provides more info on this property.

Die perfekte Wohnung, wir konnten uns sofort entspannen und unsere Ferien geniessen.

Sehr schöne, saubere, moderne Wohnung. Top Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend. Man ist zu Fuss schnell am Strand oder Supermarkt. Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe, so erreicht man auch schnell das Zentrum oder startet Ausflüge. Sehr nette Gastgeberin.
