Location great. Nice quiet road but only short walk to beach. 5min walk to bus stop. Good frequent service. We used buses to go to Boscombe & Christchurch so easy. Great to be able to go for lovely walks along the beach but have the option to jump on a bus back. We will book this flat again it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We did meet Darren the day we arrived, he was very friendly. We felt that any problem that either Kate or Darren would quickly sort it.
