This is a clean and functional apartment on the top floor. We will probably stay there again. The car parking spot was a bonus. A great view of the beach!
It would be really nice if it had a washing machine. You will need to carry your luggage up 2 flights of narrow stairs.

The view from the apartment of the Boscombe Pier and of the coast is exceptional. The apartment had everything that we needed for a short stay, and Stephen was very proactive with information about how to check in, where to park etc. There are some beautiful walks in the area, either along the beachfront, the cliff tops, or through the chines.
While I can appreciate the safety aspect, due to the extremely warm weather in the UK at the present time, it would have been great if we could have been able to open the windows more than a couple of inches. The fan did help though :-)

The first thing you notice is the view !!! It hits you as some as you walk in ….. what a view … we left the blind fully open all night …. Early morning was met with the sound of the waves on the beach …. Could have just spent the rest of my days here and definitely be back ,…., clean & tidy …. Loved it 👍
Nothing but just make a note if your staying here you will see your at the top of the apartment … so theirs a couple of stairways to get up but that’s not a negative , just something to take into consideration ,,,,,, it’s more than worth it though once your up looking over at the world passing by ….. 😊👍😊👍
