Very secure entry, great communication from hosts, spacious, nice layout, decorated nicely, good facilities, lots of plug sockets, cutlery, plates and glasses.
Location, in a less than desirable area, we had homeless and drunk people walking around the accommodation lots of litter and bin bags outside. Accommodation was clean but there was dirt on the floor and areas were dusty.

The apartment is decently sized and on the ground floor which is a plus. Has most of the amenities needed WiFi, shower, parking,l. Kitchen is pretty well facilitated and beds were comfy. The location is very good, beach is within 20 minutes walk. High street is 5 minutes and town centre around 10. Hosts was great always available for communication.
Not many things we didn't like. Some of the nitpicks we have are easily fixable and lean more to aesthetics of the flat.

Central location excellent for buses and eateries.Beds comfortable and nice shower.
Not very comfortable seating and rooms rather dark and cool. Problem getting hot water in bathroom basin. Did not like all the codes you had to remember. Property was okay for two but more would be rather a squash. Found tvs a problem as we could not access the usual channels - only LG ones. Convertible settee hard and uncomfortable.
