Superb acccomdation in Udine

Everything… The unit and renovation is new. It’s super clean and equip with all the kitchenware. The flat locates in city Center but off the busy street. The host was very helpful and responsive.

A Wa-O apartment

A spacious modern decorated and well equiped apartment, extremely clean. You can tell the efforts maintaining the apartment from all the delicate small details. We stay for 3 nights, but it rained a lot. So we spent most of our time inside the house, which is perfect. Great for a rest. It is definitely much better than a hotel. will stay again if next time in Udine.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt, den man sich als Familie nur wünschen kann.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Verwalter der Residence Moretti Piano Terra! Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern im Erdgeschoss-Apartment untergebracht und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlte es an absolut nichts – von Kaffekapseln und Tee bis hin zu Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herd mit moderner Abluft, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Toaster und komplettem Geschirr war alles vorhanden. Das Badezimmer war top gepflegt und sogar mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Der kleine Garten hinter dem Haus war sehr privat und perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Schlafzimmer bot ein bequemes Bett und einen großen, modernen Kleiderschrank. Im Wohnzimmer standen TV, YouTube, Netflix und weitere Apps zur Verfügung. Das WLAN war schnell und stabil. Ein privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage ist hervorragend – in maximal 10 Gehminuten ist man im Stadtzentrum, bei Restaurants, Bars und Märkten. Das Auto brauchten wir kaum. Auch größere Einkaufszentren waren schnell erreichbar. Ein Ausflug an den Strand nach Bibione dauerte mit dem Auto etwa 50 Minuten. Die Hausverwalter waren äußerst unkompliziert, freundlich und pünktlich bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts wurden wir nie gestört. Auch die Rückgabe der Schlüssel verlief schnell und problemlos. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und werden künftig nur noch bei euch buchen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Apartament o wysokim standardzie!

Apartament spełnił nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania, jako miejsce postoju (2 noclegi) w drodze do Toskanii. Obiekt bardzo czysty i przestronny (podróżowaliśmy 2+2 dzieci), na wyposażeniu znajdowało się praktycznie wszystko, przestronnie, parking przy samym obiekcie. Bardzo blisko centrum handlowego oraz głównego centrum miasta Udine. Apartament zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę!

Sehr moderne Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Klimatisierte, sehr moderne Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Das Haus besitzt eine ideale Lage, es ist von außerhalb gut zu erreichen, gleichzeitig liegt es so zentral, dass die Altstadt von Udine zu Fuß erkundet werden kann. Wir fanden den Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus sehr praktisch und auch die Möglichkeit, die Fahrräder einzuschließen.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und ausgezeichnete Tipps fürs Abendessen. Alles sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ausziehcouch war leider sehr unbequem. Hier wäre ein Topper sehr wünschenswert. Nichtsdestotrotz eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
