Very nice, small, top floor apartment I would stay at again

Well located, very cozy top floor apartment that was perfect for one person. More than one person and you might feel cramped. For the money, you might be able to do a little bit better, but I would still stay here again.

The apartment is small, the mattress is hard and obviously cheap and I didn't try to fold out the sofa bed, but it didn't look comfortable either. Perfect for one person and maybe two. Definitely not four.

Lovely apartment in a great location in Udine.

Spacious, tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, good shower, comfortable mattress and pillows, ac units (needed during our stay), location (on a canal). Easy communication with the person managing the flat.

Our only complaint was that a dishtowel wasn't provided .

Super tolle Lage, Ausstattung muss nachgebessert werden. Nix für Ältere und körperlich eingeschränkte Menschen.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Da die Unterkunft in einem Fußgängerbereich liegt, kann man nicht direkt das Gepäck ausladen und das Auto parken. Unser Rat : Parken Sie im ca 4min / fussläufig entfernt liegenden Parkhaus ( gibt sogar eine Toi in der 1. Etage, falls es pressiert) am Piazza 1 Maggio. Dann bequem zu Fuß zur Unterkunft- Das Appartement liegt sehr schön in einem Durchgang an einem Flüsschen. Drum herum Bars, Restaurants, Despar / Via Giovanni Cosantini 25, 3 min zu Fuß. Also eine bessere Lage gibt es nicht. Klimaanlagen perfekt. Absolut ruhig. Waschmaschine vorhanden👍.

Erstens und das wäre eine Info, die man ersehen sollte, wenn man die Internetseite sieht- App 4 liegt ganz oben ca. 40 Treppenstufen, kein Fahrstuhl. Dann kommt man zunächst in den recht dunklen WZ / Küchenbereich. Von hier aus führt eine sehr schmale und steile Treppe in den Schlaf / Badbereich. Sehr vorsichtig sein, besonders beim Herunter gehen. Die Treppenstufen sind kurz und glatt. In Deutschland wäre das definitiv nicht erlaubt. Wir sind 64Jahre alt, schlank und ( noch) ohne Handicaps. Eine weitere Treppe mit gleichem Problem führt oben auf die Terrasse. Wollte man hier essen, müsste man alles 2 steile Treppen raufschleppen. Das Bad ist klein, das Waschbecken eine handwerkliche Katastrophe. Da es keine Spülmaschine gibt suchten wir ein Küchenhandtuch, fanden keines , kauften eines. Schwierig die Mülltrennung. Alles in italienisch… ich kann die Sprache halbwegs, aber keine ausreichend verschiedenen Mülleimer vorhanden. Die Küchenausstattung ist unschön zusammen gewürfelt.1x zu Ikea und es würde netter aussehen. Das Bügeleisen angebrannt, haben es gereinigt , Pfanne unbrauchbar, Töpfe nicht mehr schön.

Tolle Unterkunft, in eine mega schönen Stadt. Absolut empfehlenswert

Lage war TOP, mittendrin und dennoch ruhig. Sehr geräumiges Apartment und total schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Da wir auch zum Arbeiten dort waren, war es absolut perfekt und gemütlich. haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Die kleine Terrasse hat somit in den Pausen zum Verweilen eingeladen.Auch eine Parkgarage war 3 min Fußmarsch entfernt. Absolut empfehlenswert - wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Die Stufen in den Schlafbereich und in weiterer Folge auf die Terrasse waren etwas steil. Jedoch mit der richtigen Technik ging das schon.

Apartamento muy incómodo par personas no tan jóvenes

La situación

Demasiadas escaleras para subir al piso ( 48 escalones ) y dos escaleras interiores ( una muy empinada y hasta puede ser peligrosa . El piso para personas mayores no es aconsejable . No había papel higiénico , ni un poco de azúcar , aceite o un poco de jabón para la lavadora . Creo que era lo mínimo para entrar y ubicarte ( en otros dos apartamentos en años anteriores si había ) No cambiaron las sábanas en 8 días

comodo e molto bello

L'appartamento è in una posizione ottima, è molto pulito e particolare. Il letto è comodissimo e il terrazzino al piano di sopra (sopra) è delizioso.

Suggerirei solo di dotare l'appartamento di qualche piccola cosa in più come il sapone per la doccia, un po' di zucchero, un po' di olio e sale, quelle cose che non vale la pena comperare se su deve stare solo 4/5gg ma che possono essere utili-
