Great location, just a stone's throw from Piazza San Giacomo

We had stayed here before and were happy with the place.Grest location and nicely decorated.

Sadly, on this occasion the hot water wasn't working properly and we both had to have cold showers. The owner was apologetic, but given what we paid, a discount would have been appreciated

Perfect stay in an immaculately clean and friendly vacation rental! We had the pleasure of enjoying a fantastic stay in this vacation rental/room and can highly recommend it. From start to finish, everything was simply fantastic. The cleanliness of the apartment deserves special mention. We felt comfortable immediately and were able to fully relax. But it wasn't just the cleanliness that impressed me, but also the exceptional friendliness of the host. The vacation rental/room itself was perfectly equipped and left nothing to be desired. All in all, our stay in this vacation rental was simply perfect. I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and friendly accommodation. I would definitely love to come back if I have the opportunity. Many thanks to the host!

Awesome!

Its a nice and big flat. Everything is brand-new and the landlord is great and did everything to help with every problem, if there is one.(arriving time, parking hints, explaining the technical stuff in the flat(coffee machine, warm water/i was to stupid to check the temperature) It is really a 10+ experience. I traveled with my handicapped wife and her assistant. Its in the middle of the city, so it is like were living in the Heart of Udine. It has an elevator and its at 4th floor, a regular flat.

There is nothing to complain about.

Wir lieben das schöne Apartment mitten in der Altstadt und freuen uns aufs Wiederkommen.

Wir haben das Apartment bereits das zweite Jahr in Folge gebucht, da es einfach die perfekte Lage in der Altstadt hat und uns sehr gut gefällt. Wir reisen mit dem Auto an und sind der Empfehlung der Vermieter für einen Tiefgarage ganz in der Nähe gefolgt, in der man wirklich günstig parken kann und nicht weit zum Quartier hat. Auch nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder!

Skvelý apartmán v centre Udine, výborne zariadený. K dispozícii dokonca kávovar, kapsule a jednoduché trvanlivé potraviny na rýchle raňajky. Podzemné parkovisko veľmi blízko, pohodlne dostupné, bezpečné.

Rozkladací gauč/posteľ je už hodne vyležaná a hodil by sa aspoň pevnejší matrac; inak si človek pripadá ako vo vani.

Tolle Lage im Herzen der Stadt

Zentrale Lage mitten in der Innenstadt. Schöne Einrichtung, tolles Bad, Frühstückskaffeekapseln und Croissants standen bereit 😊.

Kühlschrank war nicht geputzt. Für drei Personen gute Betten, die Schlafcouch für die vierte Person ziemlich unbequem. Keine Möglichkeit Fahrräder aufzubewahren.

Eccezionale. Consigliatissimo

Struttura eccellente, in pieno centro con vista sui tetti. Situata al 4 piano con ascensore. (Solo qualche gradino per raggiungerlo, subito dopo il portone d’ingresso). Palazzo signorile, ben tenuto. Dotata di tutti i comfort. Check in a distanza efficientissimo. Stanza pronta in anticipo. Rispetto alle foto presenti nella descrizione, hanno aggiunto delle veneziane nella zona giorno, molto utili data la grande luminosità dell’appartamento. In entrambe le stanze sono presenti tapparelle elettriche. Bagno cieco ma con ventola funzionante. Parcheggio a pagamento a due minuti a piedi. Supermercato a 5 minuti a piedi Ogni tipo di negozio, bar, ristorante, qualsiasi cosa vi venga in mente, è sotto casa. Abbiamo soggiornato con due bimbi di 4 anni uno e 11 mesi l’altro. Abbiamo portato il nostro lettino per il piccolo, ma la struttura lo avrebbe fornito.

Il condizionatore è in una posizione un po’ infelice, ma riesce a rinfrescare discretamente le due stanze. Testato a ferragosto con un gran caldo fuori. Mi sarebbe piaciuto fermarmi un altro giorno e visitare meglio questa splendida città. Purtroppo è stata solo una tappa per spezzare il viaggio, ma è stata una splendida scoperta, nonostante il gran caldo e i negozi chiusi dato il giorno di festa. Consiglierei di aggiungere un microonde e magari una lavatrice per soggiorni più lunghi

Hübsche Wohnung in der Fußgängerzone

Diese Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Fußgängerzone von Udine. Sie ist gut aufgeteilt und die Schlafzimmer schauen in den Innenhof, der ruhig ist. Die Betten waren bequem.

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, es gab Staun und alter Schmutz im Bad/WC und in der Küche. Trotz Meldung des Problems vor Ort wurde von der Betreiberin Nichts unternommen. Insofern war unser Aufenthalt nicht angenehm (wir mussten das Bad selbst reinigen).

Die Lage ist perfekt! Kaffees und Bars gleich vor der Türe. Apartment liegt im 4 Stock aber mit Lift gleich zu erreichen. In der Früh kann man sich einen Kaffee mit Taps selber zubereiten. Die Parkgarage ist nur 2 min entfernt und hat mich von 14:30-11:30 nur ca 18.-€ gekostet.

Krásný moderní apartmán v úplném centru Udine (na hlavní náměstí asi minuta chůze), pohodlně vybavený, nachystané sladké snídaně, které byly minimálně na dvojnásobný počet dní, než které jsme tam strávili. Parkování v cca 250 metrů vzdáleném podzemním parkovišti (trochu užší, jezdí se vlevo), nebo na 350 metrů vzdáleném a pohodlnějším parkovišti Tribunale (obě za 1 euro na hodinu, mezi 18-22 zdarma). Kolem ubytování množství restaurací, kaváren, zmrzlin... V apartmánu manželská postel, rozkládací gauč pro dva a pokoj se samostatným jednolůžkem
