The house, renovated recently furnished with excellent taste while maintaining the characteristics of the typical Friulian houses with terracotta floors and exposed beams spread over two floors. On the first floor there is a cozy and bright kitchen with all the equipment, bathroom with shower and washing machine, lounge with fireplace and double bedroom. Along the perimeter of the house there is a large terrace overlooking the garden below. On the ground floor double bedroom and single bedroom with bathroom. The master bedroom overlooks the garden on the south side of the house. If desired, it is possible to eat outside both on the terrace and in the garden below. The apartment adjoins the owners' house, all in an internal courtyard 50 meters from the Post Office, 10 meters from the Bank, grocery store and bar with nearby restaurant and pharmacy.

The minute we walked into the apartment we knew it was perfect for us! The hosts are delightful and extremely helpful. We like to take long walks and the suggestions they provided were wonderful . They also suggested lovely wineries and museums for us to visit in the Collio area.The kitchen is well equipped. It was a joy to cook in it.(We especially liked shopping at the Eurostar in Cividale) The porch, yard and gardens are gorgeous.We were sorry to leave and hope to get back to this apartment in the future.

We spent two wonderful weeks in this great accommodation, which has a fantastic and very large garden. We had everything we needed! The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The beds were super comfortable. The highlight, however, were the two hosts, who gave us a warm welcome, showed us around, were available at any time and provided us with lots of tips for excursions and restaurants. From the accommodation you can quickly get to Slovenia. We really enjoyed our time there and can highly recommend this accommodation!

We had a great time in Moimacco. The house is charmingly traditional yet equipped with everything you could wish for - AC, kitchenware, espresso maker, fast WiFi, dishwasher etc.. all of these very welcome esp. when traveling with kids. Huge flowery garden, albeit with loads of mosquitoes in August (interior is well protected by fly screens). Udine & Cividale only a short drive away. The nearby Natisone river with its natural swimming holes is a great place to spend a summer day. Hosts are perfectly nice and welcoming. Thumbs up!

The apartment was amazing with lot of space, very comfortable and clean. The four children loved to play in the garden, a beautiful place to stay. Fruits grew everywhere and we picked some apples and grapes. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable. They helped us with the planning of our trips, gave us advices where to go on rainy days, assisted if we needed some components of our food and left us their garages for the cars. We felt very welcome and fully would recommend this accommodation for families like us without any limitation.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house is very well furnished and homely with personal touch, although with limited sunshine. The owners are pleasant, helpfull and very friendly like all Italians. The garden is larger than we expected and you can even see the local churchbell chiming from it which was a great source of fascination for our son. We had plenty of toys for our children.

My family and I had a great time at this farmhouse. The house was large and clean. Kitchen and table were very inviting which resulted in more family cooking time. The adjacent town Cividale is very charming and no tourists! Our host was extremely gracious and hospitable. She gave us directions to unique locations to enjoy life with the locals. We enjoyed ourselves so much we extended our stay three days.

We loved Casa Fiorita. It's in a quiet village that is the perfect base for exploring Udine, Cividale del Friuli, and elsewhere in Friuli - Venezia Giulia. Our hostess was so welcoming and friendly. She shared fruit and vegetables from her abundant garden, and we enjoyed the grounds. The rooms are well-furnished and tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The wifi is available only in the kitchen. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful holiday at the Flower House and found it to be an excellent base for the various places we wanted to visit. The house was far more spacious than we were expecting, and was very well equipped and comfortable. The only small criticism we have is that the WIFI was difficult to get indoors (it's an old building with very thick walls) but it worked fine on the balcony and in some parts of the garden. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, and wanted everything to be just right for us. She left gifts of freshly laid eggs, and even brought us wine and cake on her birthday! We loved our holiday house and would highly recommend it (we are two couples and the accommodation/layout was perfect for us). The gardens surrounding the property are absolutely beautiful, full of fragrant roses.

A fine and comfortable property with a long balcony looking down on to a garden full of roses and hibiscus and a productive smallholding, all accessible. The two sisters who manage/own it are charming: friendly, but non-intrusive, and always available to help and advise. We fell in love with them. We and our friends have 30 years of self-catering in the UK and Europe behind us and this was the best equipped; scissors, salad spinner, electric kettle, teapot? Yes! And plenty of crockery, glassware, utensils etc. We look for new places, but we would return here. Nice village, small store, a good bar/restaurant and a train station. And only an hour from Trieste airport. Local town, Cividale, lovely with all facilities. North-east Italy is off the tourist trail but is lovely with great views of the Dolomites and the Julian Alps. 2000 years of history reflected in towns and villages and easy access to them and the Adriatic lagoons. Not expensive but Brexit will probably change that. ItalyHeaven was a great website for information and links

We were warmly welcomed by our hosts, who were immensely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The house was large and very well appointed (it even had a teapot!); it was very clean and comfortable, and, being in a village, we could easily walk to the nearest shop and bar. The nearest town, Cividale del Friuli, was historic and absolutely charming, with a good range of shops and supermarkets. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

When we arrived we were surprised by the great hospitality and the beautiful house. We were welcomed very friendly with the table in the kitchen all set, a bottle of local prosecco and strucchi (cookies from Cividale), the fireplace lit and presents under the christmas tree for our child. Also,we were given a tour in the house & the big garden with roses (even in winter!) and herbs. The house had a very cosy atmosphere and was even beyond our expectations. Its position is in a residential area, but the street is quiet and we were not disturbed by any noise at all. The house was fully equiped, and it felt like being at home. On New Year's day we made a toast with our new Italian family. We had a lot of fun when grandma explained her receipe of tiramisu'with kaki fruit.. In short: we had a fantastic stay at casa Fiorita & will surely return. We highly recommend this accomodation! Quando siamo arrivati siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla grande ospitalità e dalla bellissima casa. Siamo stati accolti in modo molto amichevole con la tavola della cucina già apparecchiata, una bottiglia di prosecco e gli strucchi (dolci tipici di Cividale), il caminetto acceso e regali di natale sotto l'albero per il nostro bambino. Ci hanno anche fatto fare il giro della proprietà compreso il grande giardino con le rose (anche d'inverno!) e gli ortaggi di stagione. La casa aveva un'atmosfera molto carina anche oltre le nostre aspettative. La sua posizione è nel centro abitato ma la via è molto tranquilla e non siamo stati disturbati da nessun rumore. La casa è totalmente arredata e non manca nulla, ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa nostra. Il primo giorno dell'anno abbiamo fatto un brindisi con questa nostra nuova famiglia italiana! Ci siamo anche divertiti molto quando la nonna ci ha spiegato la ricetta del tiramisù con i cachi. In breve abbiamo avuto un soggiorno fantastico a casa fiorita, ci ritorneremo di sicuro e raccomandiamo vivamente a tutti questa sistemazione!

Die Gastgeberinnen waren ausgesprochen nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Einige Sonderwünsche, die wir zur Ausstattung der Wohnung äußerten, wurden umgehend erfüllt. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet und liegt inmitten eines wundervollen Gartens, der zum Relaxen einlädt. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Anwesens gibt es einen „Tante-Emma-Laden“, eine Osteria und einen Winzer, der Wein verkauft. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die friaulische Landschaft. Cividale und Udine sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung jederzeit empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Geräumig, mit schönem Garten, sehr gut ausgestatteter (großer) Küche, zwei unabhängigen Schlafbereichen mit jeweils eigenem Bad, eines mit noch einem zusätzlichen Zimmer mit einem einzelnen Bett - also alles bestens für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt (z.B. für 2 Paare) eingerichtet. Der Garten ist lauschig und lädt zum langen Frühstücken oder abendlichen Beisammensitzen ein. Die Betreuung ist absolut freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr günstig, wenige Minuten mit dem Auto nach Udine oder Cividale ABER auch an das Zugnetz nach Udine und Cividale angebunden. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. Liebe Grüße aus Salzburg.

Wir haben die Tage im Blumenhaus sehr genossen und werden bestimmt gerne wieder kommen. Wir erkundeten die tollen Tipps der Gastgeberin zu verschiedenen Weinverkostungen und Restaurants und wurden nie enttäuscht. Die naheliegenden Ausflüge nach Udine und Cividale waren auch ein voller Erfolg. Das Objekt liegt perfekt für alle die Hunde und Kinder mitbringen, da sie sich in dem großen eingezäunten Garten jederzeit austoben dürfen, während die Eltern bei einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Auszeit!

Ja, es stimmt tatsächlich alles, was bisher gelobt wurde - das schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Haus, die herzerwärmende und großzügige Gastfreundschaft, die gute Erreichbarkeit der friulanischen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Und besonders: der Garten mit ganz eigener Atmosphäre. Die großen Hibiskusstauden mit tellergroßen Blüten waren eine Augenweide! Eine Anmerkung für Wanderfreunde: Bezeichnete Wege gibt es nur sparsam, und brauchbare Karten mit örtlichen Wanderwegen waren auch fast nicht zu bekommen. Da mussten wir improvisieren. Trotzdem: Warme Empfehlung!

Eine sehr schöne großzügige Ferienwohnung mit gemütlichem Wohnzimmer und einer großen Küche, wo man leckere Sachen zaubern kann. Die Vermieterinnen stehen mit Ausflugstipps und Ratschlägen jederzeit bereit und sind immer sehr bemüht alles möglich zu machen. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der riesige eingezäunte Garten ist wunderbar für den mitgebrachten Vierbeiner geeignet und die Menschen erfreuen sich an den zahlreichen Blumen die liebevoll hier gepflegt werden. Aber Achtung vor Moskitos im Sommer im Garten! Die Wohnung hat aber überall Fliegengitter, daher ist es in der Wohnung gar kein Problem.

Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen und komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Hervorzuheben die sehr gute Küchenausstattung für diejenigen, die in den Ferien gerne selbst kochen. Die Vermieterinnen sind äußerst charmant und zuvorkommend und helfen bei allen Fragen gerne weiter. Auf ihre Ratschläge und Empfehlungen, was die Region betrifft, kann man sich verlassen. Das Haus ist trotz der Lage an der Dorfstrasse nachts sehr ruhig. Moimacco ist ein guter Standort um Friaul kennen zu lernen. Slowenien, Udine, Gorizia, Triest, Adria usw.

Meine Frau und ich waren begeistert von diesem geräumigen, liebevoll, geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichteten Haus. Es war eine Freude vom Balkon in den Garten zu blicken bzw. im Garten zu sein. Die freundlichen Gastgeberinnen sorgten mit ihrem netten Empfang und einem Begrüßungskorb dafür, dass wir uns sofort wohl fühlten. Sie standen uns auch mit allerlei Tipps zur Seite. Der Ort Moimacco ist perfekt gelegen für die Erkundung des südlichen Friaul. Wenige Minuten vom Haus gibt es ein nettes Lokal, wo man auch gut isst. Besser geht es nicht! Wir können uns den begeisterten Kritiken vollinhaltlich anschließen.

La casa è confortevole, spaziosa e si presta ad periodo di vacanza in compagnia. La stufa a pellet genera un caldo abbraccio invernale, ma riscalda bene solo una parte della casa, l'ideale sarebbe ripristinare la stufa a legna in cucina, vero ambiente comune della casa, ampio, luminoso e funzionale. Il giardino è spazioso e riservato, la località è tranquilla, lontana dalla frenesia ma sufficientemente servita. I proprietari sono disponibili per ogni esigenza e a loro va un ringraziamento particolare per l'allestimento natalizio.
