Decent place in the countryside near Udine

Nice place close to the mountains. Room was big, pretty comfortable.

Booked a twin room and re-confirmed this on the day but when we arrived were told it was a double. Told them we’d arrive a bit after check in but no one was on site or answering calls/texts. Breakfast is included but not much.

Good stopover place in Friuli area

Cozy rustic farm stay on the edge of the village. The building was nicely decorated. Breakfast was good. The check-in was smooth and welcoming.

It's not very quiet, soundproofing could be better -you can hear people talking in the other rooms, corridor as well as the lounge/kitchen area. There are houses overlooking the balcony.

Hidden gem of Italy

The place was beyond our expectations. The apartment was fabulous, modern, and very stylish. Owners welcomed us with local wine, which everyone should taste and buy more in the owners' winery. Nimis is lovely and it's for sure a hidden gem of Italy.

I loved the big kitchen. The view from the balcony. Bottle of wine as a gift and breakfast already in the price. I love the fact that they allow pets.

The bed wasn't much comfy and the pastry for the breakfast was probably warmed up because it was very hard and impossible to chew.

We had a beautiful stay, nestled in the vineyards.

What a lovely spot. The surrounding vineyards and waterways were perfect for strolls with our dog, and there was a great restaurant close by. Breakfast was delicious. A spread of Homemade cake, bread, boiled eggs, speck and cheese. It’s served in a comfortable dining room with a well equipped kitchen and espresso machine adjacent. We used Nimis as a base to explore nearby mountains, and a couple of waterfalls. The hosts (and their sweet dog) were kind and helpful.

A cosy farm stay with wonderful breakfast

Nice location for a relaxing stay in nature, with an impressive choice of great traditional restaurants nearby. The whole property is very neat and well maintained, with a genuine rustic feel, but with all the modern amenities. I loved the breakfast room with its massive wooden table and cosy sofas. The breakfast itself was delicious, especially the home made cakes and pies! On top of being an amazing baker, the owner was also very kind and approachable.

Most rooms were unoccupied while we were there, so it was quiet, but we noticed the sound insulation between the room and the corridor is not that great - you can hear whenever someone walks by or talks in the corridor.

Wounderful place

The rooms were big and really beautiful. The owners were helpful and kind. Bathrooms with towers and everything you need. Breakfast with HOMEMADE apple cake!!! Tasty wines and view. Enjoyed everything! Kids played with onwers dog ♥️ Definately will come back! Thanks for your hospitality. Grazie ♥️

Always everything perfect.

The peace and quiet is something to remember, also lovely to sit out on the balcony with a great glass of Bressani wine! This was our third stay and first know we realised there was no TV, not missed at all.

A calm stay on the hills

The room and bathroom are nice and spacious, super clean and new, with a view on the surrounding hills. Breakfast is great, with several homemade cakes, yogurt and muesli, fresh fruits, bread, homemade jam and butter, but also speck and scrambled eggs.

The staff (really kind and welcoming) never wore face masks, even during the breakfast service

Wunderschöner Platz im Friaul

Es war alles perfekt. Ein Häuschen auf dem Gelände für uns alleine. Sauber, großzügig, bequeme Betten. Zum reichhaltigen Frühstück ging man über den Hof in den Gemeinschaftsraum. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und sympathisch. Die ruhige Lage war perfekt für Ausflüge ans Meer oder in die Berge. Und nicht zu vergessen der sehr gute Wein.

Italienischer Flair

Ich war hier auf der Durchreise mit dem Motorrad. Schon als ich ankam , merkte ich dieses familiäre Umfeld, was mir sehr zugesagt hat . Ich konnte mein Motorrad auch direkt in der Scheune im Hof abstellen. Mein Zimmer war sehr sehr sauber und sehr groß, vorallem das Badezimmer war wunderschön . Wenn man etwas außerhalb vom Massentourismus sucht , ist man hier perfekt aufgehoben. Auch abends nebenan zu essen in einem kleinen Restaurant war wunderbar. Beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gefehlt , alles frisch und mit ganz viel Liebe angerichtet. Man fühlt sich hier ein wenig wie Zuhause und nicht wie in einem Hotel .
