About this villa rental
Completely renovated and extended in 2013, large total structure 400 sqm + courtyard + garden + pool with sun terrace. for total 20 people
All fenced for maximum privacy, surrounded by woods and hills with trails that stretch for many kilometers, very well kept to be covered on foot or by bicycle
Large porches with tables and chairs to stay outdoors.
(Supply linens for the bed, sheets, pillow case and 2 bath towels per person, change after the first supply on request at a cost of € 10 per person)
5 parking spaces indoors.
A short walk in the outdoor pool with sun terrace also all fenced garden Ideal for families or groups of families or friends wishing to spend their holidays together.
Every Tuesday afternoon from 18 hours of booking wine tastings, olive oil and grappa produced by us, in our cellars at a few minutes drive from the house.
On request we produce vegetables from our garden according to season and availability.
They are obtained four separate accommodations (in total 9 bedrooms 7 bathrooms 4 kitchens)

C)One accomodation for 6 persons € 850 for week mq 110 (3 double bedrooms 3 bathrooms 1kitchen 1livingroom 1dinninroom)
D)One accomodation for 10 persons € 1100 for week mq 200 (4 large bedrooms ( 2 triple 2 double) 2 bathrooms 1kitchen 1livingroom 1dinningroom)
At the cost should be added to the final cleaning € 50 per house "
