The apartment is fine on the surface but totally flawed. The hot tub is worn and splintered and doesn't get above maybe 25 degrees, the sauna takes 2 hours to get to 50 degrees, the shower floods the bathroom no matter what. The A/C is literally closed in a press away from the bedroom, so totally useless. Premium price for very poor delivery

In the small print of the description of these apartments it states that a surcharge of 50 euros will be levied for cleaning costs. I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible. However we stayed for two nights and left the property in almost pristine condition. Therefore the surcharge seems excessive and in fact increased the substantial enough room price by 25 euros a night. Those looking for a short stay at House Neza should factor this into their considerations.

The place was beautiful. We really appreciated the welcome snack when we arrived. The manager was helpful and friendly. Everything was extremely nice and well thought out. The rooms were very clean. The only disappointment, which wasn't the hotel's fault, was it poured down rain almost the entire time. Because of this, we were not able to enjoy the area or the hot tub as much as we would have liked. Hopefully, one day we will be able to come back. The hotel really was nice in every way. We would definitely recommend this location if you are traveling to Slovenia.

Because of this, we were not able to enjoy the area or the hot tub as much as we would have liked. Hopefully, one day we will be able to come back. The hotel really was nice in every way. We would definitely recommend this location if you are traveling to Slovenia.

We stayed for 5 days in this lovely self-catering apartment in June. The building has 5 (I think) very new, clean and modern apartments. All the amenities worked perfectly. The decor was a fantastic change from the usual soulless hotel interiors. It really felt like home, so much so that our dog did her happy howl the second morning we were there! The local vintage ski photos as wall coverings were a nice decorating touch. The location is in Kranjska Gora proper and walking distance to everything including a bakery that sells an amazing array of alpine delights and ski lifts. The view of the Alps from the sun deck is unbelievable. The hot tub and sauna were a nice touch, although probably more for the winter traveler. The staff (one woman) couldn't have been nicer or more helpful with local knowledge and made our stay even more fantastic. She also spoke perfect English. When we arrived we had a lovely snack plate waiting for us in the fridge. There is also a wine cellar with nice choices of some good local wines. I saw the same ones in a store in Ljubljiana for a higher price. All in all, it was a delightful, homey spot that made a great home base for mountain biking and hiking in the Julian Alps.
