Great location, convenient but it needs some maintenance

The location is top, close to the center and to the slopes. Very convenient and well located with parking spaces right there as well. Some facilities are useful, specially for families. Great discounts for things to do in Kranjska Gora.

1. The smell coming from the bathroom sinks was a bit strong. 2. The apartment clearly needed some maintenance. One of the covers of the bin was broken, the toilet seat was also broken, the telephone wasn’t working to call reception. The staff was always friendly and sent someone to fix some of those things, but still, fix it before customers complain. 3. Overall more light is needed, some lamps will make the charm. In the bedroom there was not a single side lamp and in the living room some extra light would be good.

very good view, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, parking is good, close to shops. the kitchen is equipped with basic things. good location for walking. great place for children. It is very quiet at night. Also, the bathroom has a bidet!

it is not very warm in the apartment, the heating could be a little stronger. the swimming pool is in another hotel 100 m away and in winter you really have to prepare to dry off, especially with children because it is cold on the way back.

Nice stay in the centre of Kranjska Gora

Great location. Appartment for five people is really comfortable for a family of 4 and a dog. The staff is very helpful. The kids loved the swimmingpool.

The sofa bed and the bathroom are pretty used. The windows need a bit of setting, because they don't open properly.

Lovely stay, aqua park included, electric charging stations available

We had a great stay, the apartment is very close to restaurants and city center, was well equipped to cook your meals inside. We enjoyed the most having coffee on the balcony, the view to the mountains was wonderfull. The access to Aqua Larix inside Ramada Resort included in the price was a big plus, we even found in the bathroom additional towels that could be used for the spa&pools. Another big plus was that we could use the charging stations from Ramada Resort to charge our electric car at no extra cost.

The furniture and the bathroom are old-dated, however very clean and well-maintained.

The location is great and the use of the swimming pool next door was a nice way to end the day.

The layout of the property was a bit odd, the apartments are clean but pretty basic and tired. There were a couple of issues on arrival such as the balcony light not working but the staff resolved this quite quickly.

The apartments are okay, just not okay enough for the price paid.

Extremely good location of the apartments. The apartments are clean. They also have balconies, which are pleasant to sit on in the evenings.

At least the attic apartments would need air conditioning. Staying in them during the summer months can be unpleasant due to the heat. There is a sewage smell in the bathroom. The equipment and furniture would slowly need an upgrade.

Would avoid if I could

Very good location.

Very basic accommodation almost like college dorm. Lot of noise from the upstairs apartments. Charge for baby cot. Staff very rude "please and thank you" goes along way only place in slpvenia we encountered this rudeness. No air con or fans in 30 degree heat. Step out of bathroom needs highlighting stubbed my toe very badly

Great Location. Just the view from window is picture sque. There are lots of activities possible like cycling, paragliding... etc Well happening place and good starting point for mountain biking or cycling or just car riding.

It is part of Ramada Resort, so we can use the facilities in the resort. Excellent location with a market and bakery across the street. The apartment is nice and comfortable, we love it.

Great stay!

Location near the slopes is perfect. Apartment was clean (the floors could be a bit cleaner, bring slipers), the ski room was heated and locked. You can use pool in nearby hotels, the best one is in Larix hotel. The heating could also be a bit better,but our apartment was in the roof, so that might be the reason that it was chilly sometimes.

Excellent stay for a family with kids who want to have some snow fun activities.

It’s very spacious, even for a family with kids. It has all the equipment we could need and on top of that it has a nice view. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous.
