Controllare bene quello che offre la struttura e fare due conti.

Accoglienza inesistente: solo l'aiuto di un passante ci ha permesso di trovare il posto. Neanche un cartello lo indicava. Due piani di scale. No bagno per la camera. No internet. No tv. Il tutto a prezzi come se questi servizi di standard internazionale ci fossero.

Più di tutto il rapporto qualità-prezzo: servizi scarsissimi per un prezzo di tutt'altra fascia.

Enttäuschung pur

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer für eine Nacht. Buchung über Booking.com und telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit Vermieterin betreffend der Anreise haben einwandfrei geklappt. Wir wurden sogar proaktiv per WhatsApp über ein Schlechtwetter in der Region gewarnt. Wir waren angenehm angetan. Am nächsten Tag zur Abreise gelang uns keinr Kontaktaufnahme mehr, weder per Telefon noch per WhatsApp. Es gab dann auch keinen Rückruf oder Nachricht mehr.

Das Haus wirkt insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen, ungepflegt und desolat. Das Zimmer war sauber und wie beschrieben, aber eine Steckdose ohne Aufsatz, die Vorhangstange auf einer Seite nicht befestigt und hängt schief, zeigt von der Lieblosigkeit wie das Haus geführt wird. Desaströs war das Gemeinschaftsbad. Es war einfach verdreckt. Wir haben uns auf das notwendigste beschränkt (WC und Katzenwäsche) und sind gleich abgereist. Wie eine Bewertung von 8,2 zustande kommen kann, können wir nicht nachvollziehen.

Ein überhöhter Preis für diese Unterkunft!

Erst bei der Buchungsbestätigung haben wir erfahren, dass die Gemeinschaftsdusche nicht auf der selben Etage ist. Auf unserer Etage haben Service Monteure übernachtet. Wir haben nicht in der Unterkunft geschlafen, da alles sehr unordentlich aussah und wir zum Bad / WC über das Treppenhaus laufen hätten müssen - außer das Zimmer wäre ok gewesen, aber extrem heiß.
