We got two beautiful, brand new two mirror apartments. Spacious, clean, well equipped, absolutely stunning 😍. The host is very kind and super responsive. Great location. Highly recommended. Suitable for big families too.

Exceptional

We were the first guest of this apartment which was new and everything was perfect, such as the position near Villach City and all other attraction sites. Our nice and lovely host welcomed us with coffee and cookies and there were Christmas lights at our entrance. It was Christmas Eve and she gave us all useful information about available restaurants for dinner and ensured we had a table confirmed for us. We didn't expect such a warmful welcoming and for sure remained suprised and really happy during all our permanence. The cherry on top was the coupons for the cableway to the mountains that she gave us a Christmas gift. The appartment had all the amenities, kitchen with all the neccessary equipment, new TV, comfortable beds, nice living area with board games and comfortable sofa, WiFi, spacious bedrooms and brand new furniture. What else, everything was beyond our expectations, thank you very much!

Fornita di tutto, pulita, molto spaziosa e nuova.

Avrei messo asciugamani più grandi, asciuga piatti e tovaglia, ma non sono cose essenziali. Mancavano istruzioni per la raccolta differenziata. Sarebbe stato utile avere i bidoni condominiali come hanno le altre strutture in zona.

ALLES SUPER

Die Unterkunft wird von sehr netten Gastgebern geführt und liegt in ruhiger Lage in einem Wohngebiet. Sie ist in einem Top-Zustand (Ausstattung nahezu neuwertig und alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden! Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler usw......). Lebensmittelläden kann man wenn man möchte in ca. 10 Minuten auch zu Fuß erreichen. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls an der Unterkunft. Aus meiner Sicht war wirklich alles TOP!!

Příjemná dovolená v klidné části Villachu.

Hezká tichá lokalita s parkováním hned u apartmánu. V blízkosti několik obchodů a nájezd na cyklostezku. Ochotný personál pro vyřešení problémů při příjezdu. Pokoje s úložnými prostory, pohodlné postele, vybavení kuchyně dostatečné.

Kód pro otevření skříňky s klíči od apartmánu zaslán pozdě, což nám trošku zkomplikovalo příjezd, ale díky personálu rychle vyřešeno. Cestovali jsme se 4 koly, bohužel není k dispozici uzamykatelná místnost/kolárna, pouze kolostav, který je venku, takže pokud prší, není kola kam uschovat. Vrzající dveře do pokojů a na toaletu.

Érkezéskori malőrt és a reggelt leszámítva kényelmes és élvezhető.

Közel volt az olasz és a szlovén határhoz, és a városban található bevásárló helyektől. Tiszta, komfortos.

Az érkezés előtt vártuk a kapukódot, ami nem érkezett meg, illetve hibás volt. A szállásnál jelezni kellene,hogy egy társasházban található, ahol az apartman feletti család nem éppen "csendes". Reggel 6 után kezdődik az ébredés, illetve a hálószoba ablaktól 2-3 méteres távolságban egy vállalkozás található, ahol 6 óra után már munka folyik. Melegben, nyitott ablaknál, nem erre szeretne az ember ébredni. A lakáshoz tartozó zárt terasz nyáron minimum 50 fokos, a nappalira/konyhára nyítható (este csak...) A konyha felszerelt, azonban semmilyen étkezéshez használható alap fűszer nem található (só, cukor).

Rodzinny wyjazd na narty

W obiekcie jest bardzo czysto I jest on bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Okolica jest spokojna, dojscie do sklepu zajmuje kilka minut, a do centrum miasta nieco ponad półgodziny. Dojazd autem na stok narciarski to 15 minut. To świetna baza wypadowa dla narciarzy ( Slowenia, Włochy i oczywiście Austria )

To trochę dziwne, ale w toalecie nie ma umywalki... Niezależnie jaką temperaturę ustawialiśmy, to cały czas było około 20 stopni.
