Perfect stay for longer holidays also

We got a spacious, very well-equipped apartment that overlooked the inner courtyard of the building. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils: stovetop, oven, microwave oven, kitchenware for many persons. Nespresso coffee maker (we also received 4 capsules). The furnishings of the apartment were new, bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom was impeccable, cleanliness everywhere. Being New Year's Eve a bottle of drink was waiting for us :-). Parking is solved in the underground garage under the building, for which we did not have to pay extra. It is 25 minutes walk from the city center, but there is a shopping mall nearby.

Everything was perfect! The only thing we colud mention is a ladle - that was missing.

Plenty of space and fully working kitchen was handy.

Hot. No AC… though likely this isn’t often a common problem in Villach; the hosts did provide a fan for us.

Basically its a matter of you get what you pay for but generally ok.

Spacious property in a big and quiet condo and with parking available. Finishes are decent and main bed comfortable but all other bedding were sofa-beds unsuitable for adults. Host was nice to leave some basic toiletries for us the first night.

The location is NOT easy to reach even by car (and google maps) since located awkward and is way off from the centre of Villach. We used this property only as a base to explore the mountains since otherwise the immediate vicinity offers no attractions. Surrounding area is quite dark at night so not ideal either.

Very nice apartments managed by a nice and great host

The apartments are very spacious and you feel like home when you enter, everything you need is there (kitchen with free coffee, washing machine, cooking .... really great. We even could use the underground parking. The apartments are not really in the centre but this was ok for us, we found a great restaurant just 10 minutes away. It is an apartment so there is no breakfast offered, but we followed Simona's invitation and had a nice breakfast at her place

Nice basic apartment ruined by terribly noisy location.

Nice spacious apartment with great access to underground car park.

The facilities were basic especially in the kitchen; no serving bowls and very few bowls, plates, etc. The main issue however, was the terrible location of flat 4; the bedroom window is on the front of the building next to the front door and immediately next to the access lockboxes. We were kept awake or woken constantly by people smoking and talking on phones outside as well as cars and motorbikes either pulling up or leaving engines running directly outside. The smell of car fumes or smoking and constant noise meant we didn’t want to sit on the tiny terrace which also had neighbours walking up and down right past our open door! It was so warm with no air con that we needed windows open and yet the outside noise especially of people smoking and chatting meant we were woken even at 2 in the morning; very frustrating!

Good base to explore Villach and the areas close by

Not in the center but very close by car. When we did go to the center, we never had any problems finding a parking space. The appartment is situated in a former hotel and is quite big with a living room, kitchen corner, bedroom and bathroom. There is a parking space in the garage under the structure. The space is well furnished and has everything you need for a few days. We appreciated the coffee machine and the coffee capsules! The check is automated so you can be flexible with your arrival.

The pillows could be more comfortable.

Exclusive Holiday Apartments are super-comfy apts, clean, spacious, and very well positioned. One has all the facilities and comfort the guest might need, really. Highly recommended!

The photos are not the real apartments…

The apartment is really in a good position, near the centre of Villach, two supermarkets and the hot springs of Warmbad. The structure is an old hotel converted in a bunch of apartments which is a wonderful idea. The bathroom is completely renovated, featuring a big shower (which could really use a shower curtain). The owner left towels, shampoos, and a hairdryer. The structure offers an underground garage that is really helpful especially in winter and rainy days.

Although overall it was a nice experience I feel disappointed. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours. I payed for an apartment that said it had a KITCHEN. Instead I found an hotel room with an electric stove and a fridge. We had to wash plates and kettles in the shower, also when cooking we had to open the window to not stain the curtains and beds with smells (and it was winter…). Also the photos are catfishing people to think that there’s really a kitchen. Anyway we managed to cook and eat fine but it was very disappointing. For the price I paid I’d expected what the insertion said.

Cosy location and interior

Comfortable room, soft carpet, spacious, large cupboards with hanging room and hangers provided, pretty location, far enough from main road to be silent at night. Nearby to Warmbad, beautiful hiking trails, large stores a few minutes walk away, and within reach of the transport hubs. Special mention for the owners. They went out of their way to assist me with some luggage issues, and even to try and restore a lost cat to owner. Very kind and friendly.

Kitchenette did not have it's own sink, had to use bathroom sink for food preparation. Only one small step bin, in the bathroom.

The price was reasonable. Room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Easy check-in and good wifi. Location is nice and quiet although far from the city center.

The apartment is clean, nice in size and design.

The key was hard to get, the parking is underground and there is only 1 parking space for the apartment, however it sleeps more people. The kitchen is moderately equipped (there are enough appliances, but a bit short on pots and pans). No diswasher tablet.

Good location, close to Gerlitzen. Easy to find. Spacious rooms. Good heating. Clean bathroom. Good sized TV. Big fridge. Washing machine, although it is an advantage for longer stay.

No Wifi although advertised. Kitchen equipment rather basic (no tea maker, no micro), oven handlebar was broken. Instruction on parking could be given since it is quite tricky to find.
