High end Apt. and very friendly Host, Centrally located, ideal for visiting Villach & surrounds.

Very modern Apartment, had everything we needed and more. Seppi kindly upgraded us to the larger Apartment on the second floor FOC. Great Smart TV for evening entertainment.

The Apartment was on the second floor and was reached by a curved staircase as there was no Lift. This made it a challenge to carry our 15 kg suitcase. This might be a bigger issue for those with larger 23 kg suitcases. The Heating controls were a bit unconventional but we soon figured them out. Although the walls were very tastefully furnished, the decor would surely require so much regular attention to ensure they are all kept clean and free from Dust.

Very nice appartment,Central location in Old town.

I didn’t realise it was close to some pubs,cafe,very noisy till late,hard to sleep.Had to pay extra tax,on arrival.Even though I had paid already beforehand.2 sets of steep stairs upstairs,hard for elderly,if you have lots of luggage.

Nice stay for couple of days

The property is central and very close to old town. We checked in an apartment where air conditioning was not working so the host moved us to pent house which was amazing. The decor was modern and everything was good.

There was no elevator so had to carry the luggage to 2nd floor

Cozy apartment in the heart of Villach

We stayed in Apartment 1, which is for 2 people. The place is small but very well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to make a small meal, WiFi worked well, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom/toilet facilities were modern and worked well. The place was very clean and neat. The location is excellent--one is in the heart of downtown. There is a bar below the unit that is open on weekend evenings, but we didn't have any problems with noise

Only suggestion is to remove the toilet paper holder from the wall in the WC--because of the way the door opens, it's hard to get in and out of the WC.

Wonderful staff, very friendly!! Beautiful apartment had everything you could need! Very roomy and clean and decorated so pretty!

Didn't like that it was over/beside a night club/bar and was very noisy!! We had to sleep with windows open as no air conditioning and could hear everything!!

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Villach

Lovely apartment in the heart of Villach. Super close to the main pedestrian street but still quiet. Very nice and helpful hosts.

The sofa bed was a bit hard, but a mattress cover to make it softer was provided.

Everything was clean and it was easy to contact with owners. The apartment is easy to reach and near everything.

They should warn you before booking that there is a pub downstairs that can get very noisy. Although the pub and the apartment are separated by an armored door, the owner of the apartment and the customers of the pub accessed the apartment space late at night. They stood for a long time right in front of the apartment door making noise (pub party mode) and waking us up. Not recommended if you are with family and want to enjoy tranquility.

Appartment was very nice, everything new, clean and very good quality (mattrace, bed, bed sheets, kitchen..) Great location, just next to the mexican restaurant which was a bit noisy in the evening but with closed window it was not a problem.

Location, rooms and also the host really good. Rooms are tidy, comfortable however a bit close to the neighbouring buildind. We could chack eachother throw the window, if the shadower is open :))) In fact it is absolutelly in downtown's center, so everything is ok.

The hotel is located above a restaurant, so it is a bit noisy till 11 pm (if you do not also go to the restaurant :D)

Posizione Top centralissima ma fuori dal caos ,oltrettutto hai vicino all'appartamento un ristorante messicano , un bar caffetteria e sotto l'appartamento un locale che quando c'eravamo noi apriva solo la sera.

Lage sehr gut, direkt in der Innenstadt. Gastgeber sehr freundlich, Ausstattung sehr gut (wir hatten ein Upgrade auf die große Wohnung) Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Für Geh- Eingeschränkte zu beachten: nur über 2 Wendeltreppen erreichbar (baulich bedingt). Ist aber kein Wohnungsmangel!

Leider nicht unser Fall

Das man die villach Card die man beim einchecken erhält, auch für die S-Bagb Vorort nutzen kann.

Leider fehlte der in der Beschreibung angegebene ind für uns eigentlich ausschlaggebende Balkon/ Terrasse. Sas apartment war relativ dunkel und durch den Club unten teilweise sehr laut.

Se non ci fosse bisognerebbe inventarla

Struttura pulita, ordinata, dotata di tutti i comfort. E se qualcosa dovesse mancare… non esitate a domandare all’host Paola. La gentilezza e la simpatia qui sono di casa, sia con i grandi che con i bambini. Se Paola non ci fosse, bisognerebbe inventarla! E se nell’appartamento non fosse tutto perfetto, dopo averla conosciuta, anche le piccole imperfezioni perdono di importanza. La posizione degli appartamenti è top. I letti comodi. Le stanze calde. Asciugamani e coperte morbidi e profumati. La cucina fornita di tutto. Noi ci siamo trovati molto molto bene!
