I don’t recommend this hostel it’s very dirty I don’t know how they still have license to work.

Very expensive hostel, very dirty, floors, walls, pillows and sheets. Without windows , very loud all night.Bathroom was broken and very dirty.

The kitchen is amazingly good equipped. Everything is clean and suitable for a traveling family. Easy acess to kitchen from room. There is quiet and comfortable. Even with open windows to corridor there was quiet. Very nice place.

The website does not mention that the owner keeps at least one cat in the hostel and just locks it away in one of the rooms when people stay there. I am allergic to cats, so that would have been good to know in advance. When we arrived, there were about 25 dirty cat food dishes in the sink, and the entire hostel smelled pretty bad. The booking page says the front desk is open 24 hours, but it's just a bartender at the bar downstairs who video calls in the owner to give some kind of orientation. Also, it is cash only once you arrive. Overall, I felt like the owner kept trying to get more money out of me and was not accountable. For example, he tried to say there was no cat in the hostel when I could here it meowing through a door that literally had a cat sign on it! Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless you have no other choice.

Nice hostel close to Villach main station

Super nice hostel owner. We had an accident in the room and he was very helpful fixing the room and us in the middle of the night.

Room had no proper window, only one to the hallway. For a short stay like ours, this was ok for us. For a longer stay we would prefer a more direct fresh air supply.

We are a family of 4 and we spent one night here, the room was big and confortable and the shared bathroom and toilets very clean. We recommend this place, it’s furthermore well located !

room had no windows, it was much too warm, sink was dirty, it was really loud. At this price not acceptable.

Lovely city, but not a good hostel.

The location in Villach on Lederergasse is really nice. Lederergasse is where most things happen during the summer. Artists have their works on display, pubs are open, live bands. Lovely!

Way too loud and extremely hot. The loudness wasn’t mitigated from the owners who started slamming about in the kitchen at 05:30 in the morning. The heat was unbearable. Although there was an A/C unit in our room the hosts charged an eight euro fee for utilising it. I’ve never had a worse night sleep on dry land, if I slept anything at all.
