Villach 2026

I stayed with my family in this beautiful apartment for work. The apartment was warm, clean, welcoming, and equipped with every comfort. Another important feature for us was the space for our golden retriever, a beautiful, spacious garden in the back of the apartment where our dog could play and enjoy himself in the snow these past few days. There is a large private parking lot on the property. Check-in and check-out were incredibly simple and completely independent. Alexandra was always available, kind, and patient in responding to us via WhatsApp messages for various requests and information, from the time of booking through to the entire duration of our stay. Great value for money. Alexandra is super helpful and responsive host, thank her very much! Convenient personal parking slot few steps from the porch. This cosy apartment has all main equipment to spend few days, all works and in good condition. Kitchen stove is electric. Kitchen itself has enough plates, cutlery, 4 pots (1 small, 2 medium and 1 large), 1 big pan and 1 very big pan. There's the full-size washing mashine though it's not seen on pictures. Temperature inside was 20-21C. Cosy furniture, comfy soft mattresses. Both shower cabins are good, always hot water with high pressure. From small things we were provided with hand soap, dish washing tablets and liquid, dish sponge, a bit of coffee capsules, salt & sugar. Place is kind of distant from the big life but we loved it was so quite. The bus stop is literally 10 metres from the porch and you can get to Villach by your car in few mins. It took us 12-15 mins to get to main Parking in Annenheim where we took ski lift of Herlitzen resort.

There's literally nothing big to complain about. But since there's always space for improvement - foot towels would be great (no warm floor), also kitchen oven mitt, few more cups/mugs and a lid for the white pan. Terrace is not much for winter time, it's just a private porch where you can stand to drink your coffee. Wooden or plastic bench would be nice.

Exceptional

Very nice apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a big living room and a kitchen. It's very spacious and comfortable for four adults. You'll find everything you may need there (dishwasher, oven, hairdryer, TV, etc.). Big beds (soft mattress). Dog friendly. Last but not least, the host is very friendly, too :)

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Gar nichts.

Extrem laut, da Vermieterfamilie mit zwei kleinen Kindern direkt über dem Appartement wohnt - ab 6 Uhr Getrampel. Auch nach unserer Bitte, auf die Lautstärke zu achten, keine Rücksicht. Abgewohnte Möbel statt hochwertige Ausstattung wie auf Website geschrieben, Schimmel im Kühlfach, Plastikblumen in jedem Zimmer, Blutfleck auf dem Kopfkissen-Inlay. Kein Karawanken-Blick im 'Karawanken-Appartement' war da noch das geringste Problem!

Schöne, saubere Wohnung mit schnellem Seegung. Viele abw.reiche Aktivitäten im Umkreis von 30 min.

Wohnung genau wie beschrieben: geräumig, komfortabel, Fernseher mit Internet-Programmen. Es gab ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und eine kleines Bad mit Dusche. Küche mit Wasserkocher, Kaffeautomaten, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Ofen. Sehr guter WLAN / Wifi Zugang. Die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Silbersee entfernt, der sehr angenehm ist; warm, nicht überlaufen, mit Kiosk und Sportmöglichkeiten. Toll um die Kinder auch alleine loszuschicken.

Die Betten sind ok, ich persönlich fand die Matratze etwas zu weich.

Przestronny, dobrze wyposażony dom w kameralnym miejscu w pobliżu jeziora.

Bardzo przestronny obiekt, funkcjonalnie urządzony w kameralnym, zielonym otoczeniu. Bardzo blisko do jeziora i rzeki oraz licznych ścieżek rowerowych, które były naszym celem. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, dwie łazienki, dużo miejsc do siedzenia i spania - idealne miejsce na pobyt z rodziną, każdy mógł się zaszyć w swoim kącie ale równocześnie mogliśmy być razem. Plus za wyeksponowanie widoku na stare drzewo w ogrodzie!

Trudno było schłodzić górny poziom, gdy na dworze było bardzo gorąco, za to na parterze panował przyjemny chłód.

Heerlijk appartement op mooie locatie

Een heerlijk ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien! Een mooie ruime keuken/kamer, een heerlijk grote badkamer en eigenlijk was alles aanwezig!

De bedden zijn voorzien van vrij dunne matrassen, waardoor je tegen het einde van de nacht niet heel comfortabel meer lag.
