The more time you spend at MOOKI Lake Apartment, more comfortable and cozy you start feeling.

At the first we didn't quite grasp the beauty and functionality of the apartment. It is one of those places with which you are bound to fall in love if you have your senses open. Spacious, open towards the south (lake side), great kitchen and facilities, one of the best beds we have been sleeping on... As the place is probably empty during the cold week days through the winter it takes a few hours to establish the temperature and ambience. The more time you spend, more comfortable and cozy you start feeling the place.

At first, a little bit of moisture, but we aired it out...

Jól felszerelt konyha és szép konyha

A fűtés nagyon nem volt megfelelő. A nappaliban csak egy régi klímaberendezés van, az hivatott gondoskodni a nappali, konyha, előszoba fűtéséről, de érkezésünkkor dry funkcióra volt állítva így egyáltalán nem lett tőlemmelegebb. Dűtés funkcióra kapcsolva 1 teljes nap utan volt elfogadható hőmérséklet, de onnantól a pára mindenhol lecsapódott, a falakon, a kőpadlón és főleg a wc-ben, ahol semmilyen fűtés nem volt, jéghideg volt bent végig. Érkezéskor erős klórszag volt, valószínűleg a takarítástól és a penészölőtől. A hálószobák kicsik, eppen csak az ágyak férnek el benne, a fűtésükre elektromos fali panel volt beszerelve. Ha a fűtőtest elé álltunk kellemes meleg volt, ill. zárt ajtóknál így meleg lett. Ez télen egy egész napos síelés után nagyon kellemetlen, inkabb elmentünk vacsorázni egy meleg étterembe, ahol jól fel tudtunk melegedni. A falak szigeteletlenek, süt belőlük a hideg télen. Ez egy nyaraló, annak is épült, tettek bele fűtést a hűvösebb napokra, de ettől szerintünk nem alkalmas a téli időszakban szállásra. Ha a booking nem kiemelkedően jónak jelzi értékkel a szállást és találunk a fűtésre felhívó figyelmeztetést, biztos nem választjuk ezt a szállást.

Eine perfekte Ferienwohnung, vor allem für mehrere Personen :)

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es standen sehr viele Sachen zum Kochen zur Verfügung. Außerdem gibt es eine schöne große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Ossiachersee.
