Ferienhaus Annenheim

Pohodlný apartmán v druhém poschodí, kde jsou celkem 4 apartmány (v prvním poschodí bydlí majitelé). V apartmánu je vybavená kuchyňka, lednička s mini mrazákem, osušky, toaletní papír, sušák na prádlo, ventilátor, Wi-Fi. Krásný výhled z balkónu na jezero a hrad Landskron. I když apartmán nemá klimatizaci, není v něm horko i když je venku každý den 30 stupňů. K dispozici je parkování pro 3 auta a další neplacené parkoviště dole u silnice (100m od domu). Dále je k dispozici malá zahrádka za domem, terasa vedle domu a společenská místnost s TV.

Dům je blízko hlavní silnice, ze které jsou slyšet auta 24/7 (vlaky nejsou slyšet). Balkón je společný pro dva apartmány, to jsme předem nevěděli, měli jsme s sebou velkého psa a počítali jsme pro něj s volným výběhem na balkón. Nakonec jsme se se sousedy na balkóně rozumně střídali a nerušili se navzájem.

Az apartman nagyon jól felszerelt, két külön szobából áll és egy erkély is tartozik hozzá. Remek a kilátás a tóra és a Karavankákra. A szállásadóink, Barbara és Werner nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak.

Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Es war sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett sie haben uns bei der Ankunft vom Bahnhof abgeholt und bei der Abfahrt wieder zum Bahnhof hingebracht und standen jederzeit für Fragen und Ähnliches zur Verfügung. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war wie beschrieben auf den See.

Die Unterkunft liegt an der Bundesstraße und an der Eisenbahnlinie, wobei man die Eisenbahnlinie kaum hört. Die modernen Nahverkehrszüge sind sehr leise und Intercity fahren nur selten vorbei. Die Bundesstraße ist leider sehr laut und hat uns beim Sitzen auf dem Balkon schon ziemlich gestört. Nachts war es schwierig, bis unmöglich, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. eine Bademöglichkeit ist wie beschrieben, in circa 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Allerdings ist die Wasserstelle privat und kostet jedes Mal fünf Euro und der nächste freie See Zugang ist ziemlich weit entfernt.

We came for the winter holiday, even though we understand that the main season is for summer. For Gerlitzen skiing location is very good. The apartment itself is everything we needed. Kitchen stocked well, enough space for storing things in the closets. We were able to use the heater for ski boots, and there is a parking space in front of the house. There is a shared terrace with a room next door. It was wintertime, so we did not use it, writing here as info if someone finds it relevant. The room was warm in February, and the host was very kind and helpful. We saw complaints about no TV in the room, but we do not watch it, so for us, that was totally ok. Owners live in the house, we personally like that, they give enough privacy, but they are always available to help if needed. Thank you again for having us!

As a small suggestion would say to provide a soap holder in the shower. Other than that, we were happy with everything.
