Clean and pleasant accommodation, great location for Gerlitzen cable car

Comfortable and clean accommodation with good facilities. Good shower and kitchen with fridge, hob and microwave. Owners very helpful and friendly, picked us up from the station with our luggage. Walkable to the ski lift within 5mins Also close to annenheim train station Good WiFi

No TV in apartment but was a TV downstairs in the lounge

Very friendly owners, make you feel part of the family. I got very good tips from Werner adapted to my needs, these were very useful to me! Even at the departure he advised me to go via a specific way to visit two small lakes, I followed this and was amazing indeed at those lakes, thank you for suggestion!! The trips to Italy, only 30-45min driving with no custom were unforgettable, the lakes and small canion were amazing. My doggy was also welcome (even he likes to bark first at new people) , he really liked Werner, he was looking for him and was happy to see him. Many things to do around with the dog. Bathing of course, just ask Werner for tips. The apartment is very bright and cosy with a superb view of the lake. Large terase, which has to be shared with the neighbours but that is no inconvenient, we socialize. Kanzelbahn is only few minutes walking, Billa also very close. Bed is very comfortable, also the pillow. I definitely recommend this location, I will alco come back for sure. Nice garden with lot of flowers. Large terase downstairs. Maximum rating from 'us'.

Thanks for a wonderful stay

We just liked this place. The view from our windows was superb. Access to the Kanzelbahn was only minutes away. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean. Also checkin in and out went really smooth. Nothing at all to complain.

Familiäres Ambiente in wunderschöner Lage direkt m Ossiacher See

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und fühlten uns gleich gut aufgehoben. Außerdem bekamen wir sehr gute Ausflugstipps. Auch total toll war, dass wir unsere Motorräder in der Garage unterstellen konnten.

Anfangs war es etwas ungewohnt, keinen Fernseher in dem Appartement zu haben, aber wir waren ja jeden Tag unterwegs und abends dann auch zu müde, um noch lange Fernsehen zu schauen. P.S. In einem sehr gemütlichen Fernsehzimmer konnte man sich aber mit anderen treffen und uch gemeinsam fernsehen.

Einfacher Standard ohne direkten Zugang zum See, da alles privat ist

Die Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Hunde sind willkommen.

Kein direkter Zugang auf die Veranda. Durchgangslärm direkt vor der Tür. Kein TV in der Wohnung, sondern nur im Fernsehraum. Die Einrichtung war sehr einfach und im Stil der 70er Jahre. Die Dusche ist ziemlich klein.

Fantastisch, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het was een schoon appartement met alles wat je nodig had. Woon/keuken gedeelte apart van slaapgedeelte. We konden gebruik maken van een conversatiekamer met TV en spelletjes. We hadden een eigen terras. Sanitaire voorzieningen, goed en schoon. De eigenaren zijn gezellige mensen die van alles weten over de omgeving en jheel behulpzaam zijn.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit herzlichen Gastgebern Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Annenheim. Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, sondern bietet auch eine perfekte Lage für zahlreiche Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Der Ossiacher See ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, und auch Wanderer, Skifahrer und Radfahrer kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter, die selbst im Haus wohnen. Sie sind stets hilfsbereit und geben tolle Tipps, was man unternehmen kann – egal ob es um Wanderungen, Sehenswürdigkeiten oder gute Restaurants geht. Ihre Empfehlungen haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Apartments sind sauber, gut ausgestattet und einige bieten sogar einen traumhaften Blick auf den See oder die Berge. Besonders schön ist die Möglichkeit, sich nach einem aktiven Tag im Garten oder der Gemeinschaftslounge zu entspannen. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Nähe zu den Skipisten – in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß oder 1 Minute mit dem Auto erreicht man die Talstation der Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn. Perfekt für alle Wintersportliebhaber, die morgens direkt auf die Piste wollen! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Ferienhaus Annenheim nur weiterempfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
