One of our worst accommodation experiences ever

I really don’t understand how anyone could give this place a rating of 10 – they must have never stayed anywhere else before. We’ve had over 500 stays booked through Booking, and this was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. Absolutely unacceptable – if you can even call this a “place to stay. It was quite far to carry all our bags from the parking lot to the apartment This accommodation is very dangerous and definitely not suitable for children, elderly, or people with health issues

The building is very old, the hallway and garage are cold and uninviting. Now I understand why the owners didn’t want to meet us in person. We’ve met much more genuine, helpful, and welcoming hosts before. Here, we only received a few incomplete instructions by message, and they never answered the phone. The apartment has only an 80-liter water heater – that’s enough for 1 or 2 people at most, yet they accepted a booking for 5 guests. If it freezes outside, the apartment will be cold – there are only single-pane windows, and the bed is placed right next to them. Even now, during the night, it wasn’t warm at all. Luckily, we arrived in the evening and left the next morning. We couldn’t have stayed another night. This accommodation is only suitable for students or maybe a young couple without children. And to top it all off, the hosts even tried to claim that we never arrived. The apartment was converted from a former shop located between other stores

Wouldn’t recommend this place if you have small children or mobility issues as the beds are a steep ladder climb on one side and a large storage like steps on the other. Not easy when trying to go to the bathroom downstairs in the middle of the night. Other than that, all was straightforward.

Veramente confortevole. Un comodissimo appartamento munito di tutto. Ottima anche la cucina. Riscaldamenti funzionanti alla perfezione. Proprietari gentili. Inoltre, avere il parcheggio privato è davvero un’ottima comodità per chi viene in auto. Abbiamo condiviso la casa in 5 per un viaggio di lavoro. Consigliatissimo.
