It's a nice and clean place I liked my stay overall but there were a few hiccups.

It was a very nice cozy place. Looked nice and welcoming. It was also clean and when we got there there were chocolates on the pillows.

There was coffee filters in the cupboards but no coffee. The pillows were really big, they looked very comfortable but there weren't comfortable at all. Also the twin bed was uncomfortable and I had to add one more blanket under the sheets, to make it softer. Another thing that was a bit annoying was the fact that the owner told us to leave the property at 11, which was okay but at 10:58 the cleaning ladies were there and they were a bit pushy, we were ready to leave anyway.

Wir haben die Unterkunft aufgrund des Preises gebucht

Geruch im Gebäude besonders im Treppenhaus war unangenehm, die Wohnung war eng. Besonders Bad und Küche waren für 5 Personen zu eng. Da wir nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise dort waren, war das für uns ausreichend. Einen längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir dort nicht haben wollen.

Dobrá lokalita, ale slabší vybavení a bez funkční Wi-Fi

Ubytování má výhodnou polohu nedaleko Warmbadu, parkování je přímo v objektu a v přízemí je k dispozici jídelní automat. Oceňuji také pohodlný check-in pomocí schránkového boxu s klíčem.

Na druhou stranu vybavení je velmi základní a již staršího data. Přistýlka byla až nepříjemně měkká a během pobytu nám vůbec nefungovala Wi-Fi – síť se nezobrazovala na žádném zařízení. Majitel byl sice vstřícný a omlouval se, ale i tak to byla nepříjemnost. V okolí jsem také nenašel mnoho možností stravování, i když to možná chtělo hledat pečlivěji.

Vicino alle terme.

I cuscini del letto non sono per niente comodi. Il letto matrimoniale è veramente piccolo, massimo 1m40. Il divano letto dei bambini abbastanza scomodo. Per il resto l'appartamento è quasi nuovo ed è ben fornito di tutto. Il parcheggio sotterraneo è molto comodo e gratuito.

Doskonale wyposażony, przestronny apartament. Przytulny, wręcz domowy klimat. Zadbano o wszystko, czego mogą potrzebować podróżni, wliczając mikrofalę, płytę grzewczą i piekarnik, ekspres do kawy, a nawet zapasy przypraw, czy olej do smażenia i papier do pieczenia. Wydajne i sprawne wifi i klimatyzacja. Można się poczuć jak we własnym domu.

Umiarkowanie atrakcyjna lokalizacja, sam budynek też sprawia nieco klaustrofobiczne wrażenie- które jednak mija po wejściu do przyjemnego apartamentu.

Spokojna i bezpieczna okolica, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, wygodne łóżko w sypialni, bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt z właścicielem, czysto. Na duży plus dobre prywatne miejsce postojowe w garażu podziemnym przyporządkowane do apartamentu. Szybka i sprawne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie wg instrukcji od właściciela.

Sofa w salonie do spania raczej się nie nadaje.
