First visit to Villach

The cleanliness and all the available amenities were excellent. The apartment was also very spacious and comfortable with excellent bedding and good heating. available too... The apartment is also close to the train station, buses and town centre.Thanks

Arriving late in the dark meant it was harder to access. Perhaps advising in the instructions that it is necessary to "climb the metal, spiral staircase to reach the first floor where the keybox is situated at the front door of Apartment 4". Also having no milk or water when the shops are closed on Sundays is difficult to allow refreshments on arrival and the n3zt morning, especially when tea bags and coffee pods are provided...

Loved every minute of being there, wished it was longer. Very much appreciated the free tickets for the trains.

The space, facilities, location, the quietness of the area. The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need to cook properly. The bedding was of a very high quality with enough pillows and nice sheets. The lounge was very comfortable and relaxing too.

Some of the residents in the local area get up early and make a lot of noise loading their cars. Also found the lighting over the lounge area to be a bit inadequate for reading in the evening.

Well outfitted apartment, just a short walk from town.

It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and in working order. Nice to have simple things like oil and salt and pepper and washing up detergent.

As it is an apartment building with other regular tenants in the building, the arrival appearance is a little off putting with cigarette butts everywhere.

Superb Stay

The apartment was spacious with plenty of natural light. It was a delight to sit eating breakfast with the windows open listening to bird song each morning. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make a meal including cooking oils and salt/pepper. We arrived by train and it only took 10 mins to walk to the apartment which is situated in a quiet residential area (includes parking space if required). The hosts were prompt answering any questions we had such as where is the nearest supermarket and gave us a choice of three which included directions. The shop had a gluten free section and was an easy 7-10 minute walk. The apartment was super clean, the bed comfortable and the bed linen pristine. We had a great few nights sleep. To walk into the city we took a short cut through the train station which took about 15 mins to be in the heart of the old town. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

the cleaniless was exceptionel, bedding gives 5 star hotel vibes, wooden floors in living room area, wifi works great , modern look with lots of amneties, kitchen exceptionell well stocked. the team is really friendly and very helpful and tries t find solutions for everything. major plus for us is, we could bring our dog with us on this vacation

Appartamento molto bello e confortevole, grande e ben suddiviso, con due bagni ed un ampio zona living. Posizione abbastanza vicina al centro ci si arriva anche a piedi in circa 15-20 minuti

Praticamente nulla, se non che non si capisce bene come gestire il riscaldamento in quanto non c’è un termostato generale ma solo sui termosifoni.

Gemütliche Wohnung

Die Ausstattung war sehr vielfältig: Kaffeemaschine mit sehr vielen Kapseln, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirrspüler mit Tabs, …. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Auch die Sitzgarnitur lud zum verweilen ein. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und wirkten neu, sowie der Rest der Einrichtung. Die Wohnung war groß und sehr hell, sauber und gepflegt. Der Parkplatz vor der Haustüre war sehr praktisch. Besonders fein war es, das wir unseren Hund mitnehmen konnten, dafür ein herzliches Dankeschön. Ganz besonders erwähnenswert war die schnelle Antwort auf Fragen und die gut Beschreibung wie man zur Wohnung und zum Schlüssel kommt.

Schönes u inAppartement in ruhiger Lage

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral, dennoch in ruhiger Umgebung, ist sehr schön und groß. Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Alles da was man braucht.

Nos gustó mucho que estaba bien limpio y cama cómoda (es muy importante). Fui con mi hijo y mi madre. Encontramos lavadora, tabla de planchar y plancha, secadora de cabello, cafetera con sus suministros en fin un apartamento al que considero volver. Está en un primer alto al que hay que subir por escalera. No nos afectó, igual volvería. Muchas gracias por la atención.

Tolle Wohnung - Toller Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie zu viert in Villach. Die Wohnung, Apartment 2, war sehr schön, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben fast jeden Abend gekocht und die Küche war super ausgestattet. Essig/Öl, Salz/Zucker, ein paar Kaffeekapseln, Müllbeutel, SpüMa-Taps, Spüli, Waschmittel, etc. - Alles war vorhanden - Das Bad war zwar klein, aber sauber. Badewanne mit Duschwand. Das WC war separat. Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein großes Doppelbett, eins zwei Einzelbetten. Eine große Couch und TV, sogar mit Netflix Zugang, im Wohnbereich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Jede Frage, die ich per WhatsApp an Cosy Homes gestellt hab, wurde sofort beantwortet. Egal ob Restaurant-Tipp oder die schönsten Strandbäder an den umliegenden Seen... Wir haben sofort eine Antwort erhalten. Die Wohnung liegt nördlich der Innenstadt, nähe Bahnhof. Zugverkehr hat man aber nicht gehört. In ca 10-15 min ist man über die Bahnhofs-Unterführung in der Innenstadt. Auch mit Kinderwagen, dank Aufzügen am Bahnhof. In wenigen Minuten kann man zu Fuß zu einem Spar Supermarkt laufen, wo man alles bekommt was man braucht. Auf dem Weg zu den Seen kommt man aber eigentlich auch immer an einem Supermarkt mit dem Auto vorbei. Wir waren also sehr zufrieden und das war sicher nicht der letzte Urlaub in Villach :)

Wenn man auf hohem Niveau meckern möchte: keine Rollläden an den Fenstern. Wir hatten in der Augustwoche 35 Grad und es war trotz Vorhänge-zuziehen dann abends sehr warm in den Zimmern. Aber man kann halt nicht alles haben.

Az apartman csendes, családi házas övezetben található, ugyanakkor a vasútállomástól 5 perc sétára van. Két élelmiszerbolt 7-7 perc gyalog távolságra, ellentétes irányban. A ház előtt saját, ingyenes parkoló áll rendelkezésre. A kulcsokat kulcsszéfből tudtuk kivenni, miután a szállásadó az érkezés napján whatsapp/booking üzenetben minden információt megküldött. A lakás pontosan olyan, mint a képeken. Két teljes értékű, külön hálószoba, nappali, étkező, jól felszerelt konyha, elegendő étkészlet, evőeszközkészlet, poharak, mosogatógép..... Papírtörlő, textil konyharuha, szalvéta is volt. A szemetet szelektíven kell gyűjteni és kukázni. A wc külön helyiségben található, nem a fürdőben.

Nem volt ilyen :) Mindennel elégedettek voltunk.

Waren nur zwei Nächte da fanden es aber sehr gut.

Sehr gute Betten, schöne Wohnung und gut ausgestattet. WC neben dem Bad ist auch eine gute Sache. Lage ist gut aber unbedingt zu Fuss den Weg am Gleis 8 durch den Bahnhof in die Stadt nehmen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus inkl.

Etwas, dass man nicht ändern kann. Die Stahltreppe außen wird auch als Raucherbalkon verwendet. Wir hatten Pech und Kettenraucher neben und unter uns. Das Schlafzimmer lag direkt an der Treppe, schlafen mit offenen Fenster so eigentlich nicht möglich. Davon abgesehen geht dann auch das Licht immer an.

Prima locatie. Dicht bij centrum, soepel contact met eigenaar. Aan alles was gedacht zoals koffiecups voor nespresso, thee blokjes voor vaatwasser en wasmachine. Uitstekend voor alpe Adria fietsers.,Speciale tip voor diner is Gasthof Gasser!!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub und haben uns bis auf den einen Kritikpunkt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Vom Wohnzimmer Blick ins Grüne und ruhig. Sauberkeit und Kommunikation mit dem Team der Vermietung. Wir konnten einen zeitigeren Check in bekommen. Wohnung war mit allem, was nötig war ausgestattet.

Dass für uns nicht klar ersichtlich war auf den Fotos, dass im Schlafzimmer kein Fenster nach aussen ist. Kritik wurde von dem Vermieterteam aufgenommen.

Top Unterkunft in schöner Lage.

Ein sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartement in ruhiger Lage nahe des Bahnhofs und der Altstadt. Trotz Hitzetemperaturen fanden wir es nie zu heiß (1.Etage). Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal erfolgte per WhatsApp stets blitzschnell und super freundlich. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht.

Für Kleidung gab es nur ein offenes Hängesystem mit wenig Stauraum. Da wir aber zu zweit waren, war dies kein Problem.

Ideale Unterkunft, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, für Villach, Klagenfurt und die umliegende Region.

Hauptbahnhof, Zentrum und Lebensmittelgeschäft sind in unmittelbarer Nähe des Apartments. Sehr ruhige Lage mit viel Grün vor den Fenstern. Sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, mit einer sehr angenehmen Aufteilung der Räume. In der Küche alles vorhanden, um auch wirklich selber kochen zu können, incl. Geschirrspüler. Betten sehr gut, auch das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer (auf der härteren Seite, was mir sehr entgegenkam). Bad mit Badewanne, getrennte Toilette! Sehr angenehme und prompte Kommunikation mit allen notwendigen Infos, weil kein persönlicher Kontakt vor Ort (Schlüsselsafe). Zugang zum Apartment über eine genügend breite Metallwendeltreppe.

Wunderbar für die Durchreise oder einen Wochenendtrip.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per WhatsApp war ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung liegt in einem der schönsten Viertel Villachs. Bis zum Hauptplatz sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

In der Wohnung wurde mal geraucht. Das riecht man als Nichtraucher. Genau vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster steht ein großer Aschenbecher. Sodass Leute genau vor dem Fenster standen und geraucht und gequatscht haben. Schwierig, wenn man ein kleines Kind dabei hat, dass zeitig schlafen geht oder man selbst früh ins Bett geht.
