L'appartamento si trova in un quartiere tranquillo a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Struttura pulita, ampia, dotata di tutti i comfort soprattutto la cucina in cui non mancava niente (presenti anche la macchinetta per il caffè, la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice)
L'appartamento era dotato di ventilatore ma con le ondate di caldo degli ultimi anni la presenza di un condizionatore sarebbe stata più efficace (noi ci eravamo dimenticati di controllare l'eventuale presenza dell'aria condizionata, cosa che è sempre specificata, come lo era in questo caso, dunque l'errore è stato nostro).
Un'altra piccola problematica che abbiamo riscontrato riguarda l'assenza di persiane o avvolgibilli alle finestre, che erano dotate di tende ma non troppo oscuranti.

Wie auf den Bildern, alles super und somit sehr empfehlenswert. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.
Es gibt alles was man braucht, sogar Kaffee gab es , super ! Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Fijn appartement! Goed bed & slaapbank kun je uitklappen om in de avond gezellig tv te kijken! Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en erg hygiënisch. Zelf een wasmachine om een was te doen. We komen nog eens terug!
Als je lang bent is douchen in het bad een beetje onhandig, maar dit is voor ons geen probleem geweest. Op warme dagen kan het in het appartement warmer worden. De waaier heeft ons hier goed doorheen geholpen! Een airco zou het appartement helemaal afmaken!

Alles was aanwezig er ontbrak helemaal niks.
Communicatie liep via de app maar dat vonden wij prima. Ruim appartement op 10 minuten lopen van het centrum van villach
Het was erg warm in het appartement. Gelukkig hadden ze er een ventilator neergezet maar dat koelde de ruimte niet af.
We miste een airconditioning. Maar door de ramen in de nacht open te zetten kon de temperatuur in het appartement wat dalen.
