Beautiful semi-rural setting in. Peaceful and yet not too far from towns and various amenities.

Keys were hanging in the door, but there is a note to tell you to call a number on arrival. Within a few moments of calling our super friendly host was there to show us around and give us all the information for our stay.

Great, relaxing place amidst nature and horses in Austrian alps

Great location, very close to the lake, the town or hiking/biking activities nearby. It's in a small village near Villach, which means easy parking, easy access and lots of peace and quiet. Apartment was very spacious and very nice, not the cheapest but definitely worth the price for what we needed -- a hub for our biking trips up panoramic alpine roads in the area. The host was very friendly, there were no issues whatsover and they were very responsive when we were cold after getting caught in the storm and they turned up the heat in the apartment for us. All very good.

The bed was very squeeky and loud. Even turning at night or slighly shifting positions was loud enough to wake a light sleeper.

Very nice appartments with plenty of space, nice host and great location. Everybody is super friendly and you can even visit the animals (mostly horses). Great for kids but even if you travel alone or as couple a perfect location.

Very spacious apartment in a great location close to the city. A very beautifully decorated room. The sofa beds are extremely big. Very comfortable. Toilets were very clean and check in was swift. Best place for a cozy serene holiday.

The apartment is located on a horse ranch in a beautiful valley. The area was so lovely and it's a quick drive to waterfalls, big lakes, etc. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable.

This is absolutely fantastic place with a special atmosphere. The apartment was large with a nice view. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped. The owner was very kind. Parking in front of the house. Supermarket is near by. Quiet place. We would highly recommend this place to everyone who is passing by or better for a longer stay! Thank you and Good luck!

Secluded apartment building in a remodeled Schloss. There is a forest behind the apartments. Rooms were very modern and spacious and everything you need is included in the kitchen. Don't get nervous as you are driving up to the property (there are horse stables next door).

When you arrive at the house number, it needs a sign to tell you to take a right and go around the property. May cause some confusion but it was a minor thing.

Setting was great, host was very nice and helpful, place was clean. Would stay there again!

A roll of paper towels in the kitchen would have been helpful. The only other thing that I might change would be to put a little corner shelf in the shower so there is a place to put shampoo and soap.
