Lokalizacja jest wspaniała, tuż przy jeziorze, na terenie są korty tenisowe, miejsca do wypoczynku na brzegu jeziora. Lokal jest bardzo przyjemnie urządzony, duży urządzony balkon z przepięknym widokiem. Niczego nie brakuje z wyposażenia. Bezpieczny parking.

Die Aussicht war wunderschön und das Apartment liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Tee, Salz, Pfeffer.... und sogar ein paar Kaffeekapseln waren da. Auch ein Ventilator und Liegestühle waren vorhanden.
Im Haus gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und 15min zu Fuß entfernt ist ein Strandbuffet, alles andere ist leider etwas weiter weg. Mit dem Auto sicher kein Problem, aber da wir mit dem Zug gekommen sind, waren wir auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen, die leider nicht besonders gut ausgebaut sind (am Wochenende fährt gar kein Bus). Allerdings ist die Schiffsanlegestelle nur 5min entfernt und das Schiff kann man mit der Kärnten Card gratis verwenden.
