Alles hat eigentlich sehr gut geklappt, Kontakt via WhatsApp, klare Instruktionen zur lockbox, saubere Wohnung
Booking.com hat mir hinterher eine phishing Warnung geschickt die mit dieser Buchung zusammenhängt:
„Wir haben kürzlich verdächtige Aktivitäten festgestellt, die einige Buchungen betreffen, und umgehend Maßnahmen ergriffen, um das Problem einzudämmen. Nach den bisherigen Erkenntnissen unserer Untersuchung könnten zu den abgerufenen Daten Buchungsdetails und Namen, E-Mail-Adressen und Telefonnummern im Zusammenhang mit der Buchung sowie alle weiteren Informationen gehören, die Sie der Unterkunft möglicherweise mitgeteilt haben. Wir möchten bestätigen, dass über die Systeme von Booking.com nicht auf Ihre finanziellen Daten zugegriffen wurde.“
Die Unterkunft forderte die Zahlung einer City Tod außerhalb der booking.com Webseite und Ausweiskopien für den Aufenthalt!!!

Ampia zona giorno,bagno completo di vasca e doccia,cucina completa di elettrodomestici
Siamo rimasti più di un ora fuori dalla porta il giorno dell'arrivo per il pin errato su app booking; abbiamo fatto presente il problema tramite messaggio e mail e appena il giorno seguente alle 9.14 è arrivata la risposta alla mail chiedendo se era tutto a posto! Se non era per la madre di una donna che abitava nella palazzina eravamo ancora fuori dalla porta!
Il giorno seguente alle 10 andiamo alle terme e alle 14 arriva una mail di booking che ci avvisa delle lamentele di un vicino per l'abbaiare del nostro cagnolino,un chihuahua che può abbaiare un pochino solo quando sente rumori vicino alla porta,niente di più...però in questo caso la comunicazione è stata rapida,il centro booking si è attivato subito,non come nel caso del pin errato...
Mancanza di un semplice cavatappi per bottiglie di vino,ci ha costretto a chiedere al vicino della palazzina di fronte.
