Nice apartment in Villach

We had a very nice stay in the apartment Top 10 for the 3 nights. It was easy to check in and park and the apartment was nice and warm and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinners. The bathroom was fine and the host fixed one small issue next day. The host was responsive by WhatsApp and provided good answers and instructions. The residence and apartment was were quiet so we had great night sleep and rest after skiing. The location is also very good, easy to drive from autobanh, close to the supermarkets and gas station, where it was also possible to buy some food for Sunday breakfast. And it is close to several skiing lifts and cross country skiing points plus therme. So we had great stay.

Overall I am satisfied. I got what I expected.

It was big and spacious. Attic apartment. Located in a nice quiet location. Parking is easy.

The Tschibo coffee is terrible, undrinkable. We bought capsules, that was bad too. Any coffee I've ever had tastes better. The kitchen utensils and dishes are incomplete and few. The first night it was cold in the living room, this was adjusted remotely upon request. The thermostats don't work. There are no blackouts on the kitchen windows, the street lights are shining in.

Comfortable, spacious and with amazing interier

We really loved this apartment. It is very well equiped and it is located in a very quite and calm location.

The only negative part of it is that shower is in the main bedroom bathroom, so there is no privacy for those who sleep there.

The best accommodation for skiing :)

To chyba najlepsza baza wypadowa na narty w okolicy. Duże przestronne mieszkanie (105m2), świetnie wyposażona kuchnia i porządny stół w jadalni. Bardzo blisko supermarkety (kilka minut autem). Pięknie wyposażone wnętrza w stylu, który uwielbiam - surowe ściany, a jednocześnie meble i obrazy które sprawiają że jest przytulnie. Dwie łazienki przy kilku osobach bardzo pomagają. Dodatkowo jest pralka i suszarka - bardzo się przydała. Wszystko było sprawne. Czysto i pachnąco. Warto wspomnieć o bardzo wygodnych materacach w sypialniach. Poza tym duża sypialnia ma świetną otwartą szafę i dużą ilość wieszaków więc łatwo dosuszyć ubrania po całym dniu na stoku :) No i na koniec diament, salon. Wygodne kanapy, poduszki.. koce i rzutnik. Ciężko to ubrać w słowa, ale czuliśmy się "jak w domu". Moje dzieci były zachwycone bo to był ich pierwszy wyjazd w alpy, a ta baza noclegowa tylko dopełniła całości. Na pewno tutaj wrócimy ;)

L eloignement. La très grande difficulte. Pour le trouver. Par bonheur. Nous avons rencontre une personne locale qui nous y a Menes. Elle meme apres plusieurs essais pour trouver l emplacement. Sans Elle nous serions encore en train de tourner dans la ville

Stylisches Loft aber etwas Liebe zum Detail fehlt noch

Sehr großzügiges Loft, schön eingerichtet und tolle Willkommensmappe mit guten Informationen

Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr dürftig. Angefangen von einem Abtropfgestell, einem Sieb, einer Schere und anderen Basics die man braucht zum Kochen fehlt es echt an wichtigen Dingen. Es gibt eine Waschmachine aber keinen Wäscheständer. Auf Nachfragen wollte man uns einen vor die Tür stellen, der kam leider nie an. Es fehlt auch eine Nachtischlampe auf einer Seite des Betts und leider hat es extrem viele Schnaken. Also packt Insektenschutz ein :)

Perfetta base per visitare i laghi della Carinzia

Ottima posizione per visitare i laghi della Carinzia. Struttura isolata a pochi km dalla città’. Appartamento dotato di tutto l’occorrente e possibilità di fare la spesa nelle vicinanze.

Unica mancanza avrei preferito ci fossero le zanzariere alle finestre perché di sera l’appartamento era caldo ma andando ad aprire le finestre entravano troppe zanzare/animali notturni.

Großes, geräumiges, fast komplett eingerichtetes Apartment mit einer kleinen Terrasse. Liegt etwas Abseits der Hauptstraßen ist aber dennoch Zentrumsnah.

Das Haus mit den Apartments liegt an einem kleinen Bach, was als solches 'romantisch' ist. Wer allerdings einen leichten Schlaf hat, wird es schwer haben einzuschlafen und/oder durchzuschlafen.

Bei den Fischen am Bach schlafen

Modern, super ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Auch der Kontakt war flott und hilfsbereit, danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! Forellen konnte ich tatsächlich noch nie vom Schlafzimmerfenster aus beobachten.

Nur die Matratze, die musste schon viel Gewicht tragen.

Die Lage am Stadtrand, das alte Handwerksgebäude, der Wasserlauf neben dem Haus hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Der Flur vor den Apartments riecht sehr modrig. Hier sollten vermutlich noch mehr Gegenmaßnahmen ergriffen werden, damit die Feuchtigkeit nicht in die schönen Apartments zieht.

Extreem Appartement

Extreem groot, modern compleet gerenoveerd appartement in voormalig industrieel complex met een heerlijk terras aan een klein stromend watertje. Heel bijzonder en smaakvol ingericht. Helaas is de badkamer erg klein (bij gebruik van 2 of meer personen), geen AC en géén ligstoelen op het terras. Wel parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein. Locatie aan de buitenrand van Villach, maar wel dichtbij de prachtige fietsroutes langs de Drau. TIP: breng je eigen ventilator mee bij warm weer!!

Posizione, comoda per andare in centro in macchina ci vogliono 5 minuti e per prendere autostrada o statali verso i laghi vicini.

Appartamento in fase di finitura,pareti non verniciate e con cemento e scritte di muratori ancora visibili.Fastidioso odore di cemento. La centralina dell'acqua che si apriva tutte le notti fuori dalla camera dava fastidio.

Guter Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage.

Alles wirkt noch recht neu renoviert, obwohl schon ca. 2 Jahre alt. Sehr geräumig. Netflix. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir haben gut geschlafen.

Etwas hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer. Die Barhocker im Essbereich fanden wir etwas unbequem (man kann die Füße nicht abstellen).

Einzigartiger Aufenthalt etwas außerhalb

Tolle Ausstattung direkt am Bach . Super schön eingerichtet - stylisch und hochwertig. Sogar mit Waschmaschine Trockner und Waschpulver . Eigene Stromerzeugung durch Bach - super toll !! Um es noch perfekter zu machen könnte man über einen Wäscheständer nachdenken 😇

Schönes großes modernes Apartment in ruhiger Lage am rauschenden Bach. Alles ganz neu. In die Innenstadt sind es etwas mehr als 4 km Fußweg an der Drau entlang. Schöner Spaziergang.🤩 Viele interessante Ziele in der näheren Umgebung.
