It was a great weekend getaway and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The location was perfect since it was just 5 minute walk from the train station so arrival and departure was super easy. Also from the train station there were connections everywhere so again, for travelling within the location it was amazing. We were supplied a code which was usable at the street door and the room door as well so check-in was the easiest that could be. The room was quite large, quiet, clean and had a lot of windows, bed was comfortable, bathroom was really nice with great shower. We received some coffee and tea and we didn't have to communicate with anybody and nobody bothered us. The location was also good in sense that we lived straight at the city square (rectagle more like) and we had cafes, restaurants and shopping close at hand (when open).

I would say that this accomodation was overally great but if I should point out something I would say that it would better fit a larger city, especially when it comes to value for money. I liked it a lot but the surroundings were not really that hot. Small town with pretty much everything closing for the weekend and with that the price seems not fitting for such a small place. Seems to me I had comparable price experience in European capitals. Also it would be nice to have some means of heating food like microwave or oven. But overally it was a great experience and we pretty much didn't miss anything.

Great stay in an ideal location

Amazing location (especially for proximity to train station and Christmas markets!) and a fantastic apartment. Very clean, spacious, has storage room for clothes, and has plenty of glasses/etc to eat in. The apartment felt private and secure. We stayed for a few nights and would have been happy to stay for longer. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great! Amazing location and they even let us stay longer. Place was very clean and spacious.

Perfect for magical Christmastime getaway

The location was unbeatable. We enjoyed the Christmas markets without fatiguing our young son, even in freezing cold weather. The restaurant across the street is wonderful.

My only complaint was that the pillows were too soft for my liking, but that is a personal preference. If you prefer firm, bring your own. Easy solution.

Classy and warm studio with a good host and keyless entry

Everything was amazing. Had more than one room heater, furnished kitchen making it easy to grab tea, classy bathroom, very warm duvet and a large TV Hosts gave clear directions to the property and it has a sign at the building making it easy locating

the additional mattress on the bed is very dangerous..my husband fell (the left side of the bed is already going down and they put an additional mattress to cover it which is dangerous. I could not sleep properly, I could hear the footsteps from the room on the top of our room.

Amazing, definitely would stay again!

It was easy to access, close to all places we wanted to see in the city. Located in a waking distance from the main train station.

We had difficulties getting the access pins, but support team was very prompt and helpful.

Nice apartment but potentially noisy or hot

Clean and well kitted out

Noisy part of town and room had no air conditioning so it was a difficult balance between noise and heat (do you keep the window open?). With the window open there were street revellers and street cleaning (at 4:30am) to keep you awake but with the window closed it became hot (even with a fan on)

Superb

I liked the modern design of the room, also check-in until 0:00 is the main reason I choose this apartment. The room has a lot of equipment. It was dark and pretty quiet even though there was some kind of festival outside.

Maybe I missed it but I would appreciate free parking space recommendation, I went to paid one and ended up paying 24 euros for less than 12 hours. Also I don't see the need for selfie during check-in, I couldn't make the photo work for a long time (it was different than the guide suggested).

Kitchen barely useful: no stove vent, one thin dish towel, no broom, no spare trash bag, no recycling instructions, soap dispenser that is for hands rather than to be picked up & used over the sink. Shower drain clogged, very slow, flooded the bathroom.Shower gel almost empty upon arrival. No iron & ironing board, contrary to the ad.

The apartment is spacious and close to the main attractions in the city centre. Good location.

The fact that once you register with the property you’ve got to wait for about 40 minutes before the code allows you to open the door and get in. In my case I had to ask for the access code at least 4 times because none of the codes provided worked properly. This is so annoying, especially because after the second day the code expired and I had to ask for a new one. The company should definitely do something about this.

Next gen Apartment you need to try!

Super modern, clean and fresh apartment with all facilities and comfort one needs for a stay. Online check-in was quick and easy, everything worked out well with no reception. Well located in the city center. We also had breakfast there as the kitchen is fully equipped. Would definitely come back here once we are back to Villach.

Room was in the citycenter. About 5min walk to trainstation. There was small kitchen with all needed things. Shower was super nice. Check-in and check-out were easy.

Everything was fabulous. Easy to find only a short walk from the train.
