The private apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building and has a spacious living room with an open fireplace, access to the 34m2 south-facing terrace and the 800m2 garden with fruit trees and flowering shrubs. The dining area integrated in the living room is connected with a hatch to the daylight kitchen. This is equipped with all devices. The 2 bedrooms for max. 4 people can be walked separately.
