City Appartements Villach

I liked very much the excellent location, right in the center of Villach (1 minute on foot to the main square) and even with a parking spot in a garage - rare opportunity! The accomodation was good, clean, very good bath with practical shower, the view from the balcony to the inner yard was OK, the location was very quiet. We even got a view on the rising sun in the morning! The communication with the owner was OK, we got a very detailed information by mails and WA messages, the answers on our questions we got promptly. The approach to the appartment from the garage through a maze of basement corridors is very practical, especially in a bad weather, but a bit unusual - just follow a green line, it helps very much!

We missed a cleaning set in the appartment (broom etc), it would come very handy from time to time. We would like to see boxes or bags for waste recycling, not just one rubbish bin for all the waste.

Incredible location within walking distance to everything we needed. Instant response from staff when whatsapping questions about our stay. We were expecting NO sleep during Kirchstag- but even on the loudest night the property was still quiet enough to get a full night! The vending machine with essential toiletries and coffee pods was a life saver!

Felt the room should have an iron and board. Some shelving/similar in the shower for toiletries- just awkward whilst showering! Cleaning cloths were supplied; but nothing to clean with.

Lovely little apartment. Clean. Lovely window, we could see what was happening on the street. It was Fasching - people were wandering through the streets singing. Lovely. We also got a chance to watch the Olympics on the TV there.

The bathroom door is not a usual door you are used to - it's a sliding glass panel. You may hear some sounds coming from the bathroom. :) A bit of a privacy issue for some individuals.

The location was good. It was near supermarket and it is close to the center of the city

The Air conditioner is only one small which is in the living room, no air conditioners in the rooms. Rooms are small. It is difficult to get into the parking , very narrow space, When checking out the staff was bit rude calling and threatening that we have to leave , the check out was too early at 10 am !
