Sunny clean apartment with a parking problem

Lovely sunny apartment with several facilities that you do not find in other apartments (basic kitchen supplies, items for breakfast like cereal boxes, coffee, tea, etc.). Toiletries were also provided. The host was very responsive in answering all our queries.

The only reason for a lower rating is our experience with the parking. The listing of the property advertises a free parking but it was only on the day prior to check-in that we were informed that the parking will fit only a hatchback car. The alternatives are not too bad but the fact that this was not stated anywhere on the listing or upon booking was really disappointing.

Great comfort, cosy and spacy place. Fully equiped kitchen, good parking place and excellent communication with the host. Maybe some small lamps next to bad would be usefull but it does not change our general opinion, we had a very good stay.

Perfect place

The apartment is in a walking distance from the city centre, it has everything you need (kitchen utilities etc.) and even a parking space. Everything was clean and tidy, the rooms are big and you can see the river from the balcony, which is another great feature of this apartment.

Appartamento eccellente, peccato che il garage fosse in pessime condizioni e inutilizzabile.

Appartamento ottimo, pulito, riscaldato, ben arredato. ottima posizione a pochi minuti dal centro.

Il posto auto era praticamente inagibile, c’era un cartello con scritto che il parcheggio era a proprio rischio e pericolo.

es war sehr ruhig, checkin und -aus einfach, die Wohnung angenehm, warm, großzügig, wir waren bei schlechtem Wetter nur für eine Übernachtung dort,

leider hatte die Gastgeberin nicht angegeben, dass sich die Unterkunft im 2. Stock befindet, wir sind anfangs unsicher durchs Haus geirrt, einen Wasserkocher hätten wir gerne benutzt,

Ruhige Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Lage war sehr zentral und ruhig.

Persönlich ziehe ich Unterkünfte vor, bei denen jemand vor Ort ist. Das Check-in hat geklappt, war aber nicht ganz einfach, auch weil der Instruktionsfilm nicht ganz mit der Situation vor Ort übereingestimmt hat.

Piatti contati pochi utensili e soprattutto mancava scolapiatti… vero che esisteva la lavastoviglie ma veramente difficoltoso utilizzarla Il self check in per come è strutturato… ho avuto timore di non riuscire ad accedere nell’alloggio. Al numero di telefono indicato sul sito di riferimento non rispondeva nessuno…

Soggiorno comodo e rilassante

Posizione molto comoda perché vicino al centro e anche ad un supermercato volendo, appartamento molto carino e anche attrezzato. Molto bellino il terrazzo.

Potrebbe essere scomodo il fatto che sia al secondo piano senza ascensore ma per il resto tutto bene Magari servirebbe un po’ più di pulizia generale. Il garage comodo ma per quanto mi riguarda non molto sicuro, era un po’ pericolante e faceva rumori strani.

Wasserdruck sehr gering in der Dusche, im 2 ten Zimmer, ein Wintergarten leider unter den Plissees Schimmel. Küche und Stühle abgenutzt.

Wir haben uns hier nicht wohlgefühlt. Bettwäsche war modrig und die Wohnung war schlecht geputzt.

Die Lage war gut

Das Apartment ist abgewohnt und nicht sauber gewesen - es war nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt worden vor unserer Ankunft. Die Stühle sind fleckig, der Boden war nicht sauber und an manchen Stellen klebrig, die Bettwäsche hat in einem der beiden Zimmer unangenehm modrig gerochen. Das Schlüsselsystem ist nach zweimal verwenden aus der Tür gefallen und hat damit nicht mehr funktioniert. Die Balkontür hat geklemmt und war nur schwer öffenbar. Wir haben uns hier nicht wohl gefühlt.
