Superb

We really liked the apartment for its cleanliness and because it is spacious, even though it is located in the attic. We only stayed one night, being only in transit, but enjoyed a nice walk around the city center the next morning. Clean, nicely decorated, accessible, equipped with everything you need. Thank you

In the master bedroom the bed creaked and we kept waking up from the noise during the night. It was good in the end. The children slept very well in the other beds

We would have liked to have all this info at the begining

The location is good. We Could find parking places nearby. The appartment was clean and well equipped.

The access to the third floor is only on stairs - no elevator available. The second bedroom had no real intimity - open space. In fact there were no 2 bathrooms. In one room there was a wc and a small washbasin, in the other one there were the bathtube, the shower and a washbasin. It is not very confortabile for two couples. We Could not use the TV, Netflix. On very HOT days we missed the airconditioning.

Family, 2021!

I loved the location of the property, right in the middle of the Center. The property had comfortable beds, a large living room and kitchen. I enjoyed the use of the washer and the patio. The host was very helpful! I strongly recommend this property!

Very good

The apartment is spacious and in a great location right next to the city center, 5 minutes to the train station. There are some nice views from the windows (but some are very high).

The apartment gets very hot in the summer and there is no cooling option. There is no lift, which is in general fine except for the luggage.

Da müssen die Handwerker dringend ran!!

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut und auch die Ausstattung war eigentlich ganz gut, z.B., wenn man selbst kochen will.

im Urban Loft müssten mal dringend die Handwerker ran. Elektriker: Licht im oberen Treppenhaus komplett ausgefallen!! Stockdunkel und für ältere Leute brandgefährlich!! Licht im Obergeschoss über dem kleinen Bett ausgefallen. Schreiner: Balkontür zu niedrig eingestellt, deshalb nur durch Spezielle Technik zu öffnen. Toilettentür falsch eingestellt, lässt sich kaum schließen. Das Dachfenster über den Betten lässt sich überhaupt nicht mehr schließen!! Auch die Jolousie kann durch Betätigung des Schalters nicht mehr bewegt werden. Im Schrank bei den Betten liegen irgendwelche alten Hosen oder Stofffetzen rum! Die eigentlich recht schön eingerichtete Wohnung hat aufgrund der vielen Mängel die besten Tage schon lange hinter sich! Wäre alles nicht so schlimm, wenn eine Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter überhaupt möglich wäre. Auf entsprechende Mails gibt es aber keinerlei Reaktion.

Ganz gut, wenn man licht- und lärmunempfindlich ist.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und geräumig. Von der Ausstattung her ist grundsätzlich alles da, was man braucht.

Es ist sehr laut, da die Fenster nicht gut isolieren. Wir haben uns anfangs gefragt, ob was offen ist, als die Kirchenglocken geläutet haben. Außerdem sind die Fenster nicht gut beschattet, sodass es sehr hell ist. Es ist auch alles schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.

Zwischenstopp mit Familiengruppe

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Loft ist sehr schön. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Böden waren sauber. Die Bäder waren voll ausgestattet mit Seife, Shampoo, Duschgel und Handtüchern.

Parken war nur weiter weg und gegen Gebühr möglich. Alle Gläser in den Schränken waren verstaubt oder anderweitig verschmutzt. Im OG lag eine sehr übel riechende Hose im Wandschrank. Einige Fenster hatten Probleme beim Öffnen mit dem Dreh-Kipp-Mechanismus.
