Clean, calm, and welcoming

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfectly in order — the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and the location was ideal for a relaxing family holiday. We truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future!

One small suggestion for improvement: we noticed that two of the parking spots were not covered by surveillance cameras. For guests’ peace of mind, especially when parking overnight, it would be great to have full camera coverage in the entire parking area. Otherwise, everything else was excellent and well managed.

room allocation was on the ground floor at the side of the building. very dark. rather depressing. in the evenings the rooms to the front side enjoyed a lot of sunlight. even the ground floor rooms. room number 050.

Mooi appartement op een prachtige locatie

De locatie, de luxe, complete inrichting en het vriendelijke personeel. Daarnaast was het heerlijk om een privestrand met luxe voorzieningen te hebben. We hebben een erg fijne vakantie gehad.

Je hoorde de bovenburen erg goed en de hor op de slaapkamer was kapot, waardoor er vliegen en wespen op de kamer zaten.

War ein super entspannter Urlaub - Potenzial, dass wir wieder kommen.

- Seezugang war super - Sand-Spielsachen beim See für die Kinder, um einen Staudamm oder ähnliches zu bauen - Betten sehr bequem

- Einige Dinge waren (fast) leer (Salz, Seife, etc.) - wurden auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt - In einem Apartment war nicht tiptop geputzt (Brösel am Sessel etc.)

Seh schönes Appartement. Alles sehr neuwertig. Küche perfekt ausgestattet, sogar mit Backpapier und den ersten Kaffeekapseln. Sehr gut hat uns auch der private, direkte Strandzugang. Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind auch ausreichend vorhanden.

Der Toilettendeckel hat nicht ganz auf die Toilette gepasst und war sehr wackelig. Ansonsten alles Top

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit Badegelegenheit am gleichen Grundstück.

Es war ein Apartment mit Selbstversorgung und kompletter Küchenausstattung (Herd, Backrohr, Mikrowelle, Kochgeschirr, diverse Teller und Besteck für 6 Personen). Frische Handtücher, Geschirrtücher und Klopapier gab es genügend bei der Rezeption abzuholen. Das WC ist getrennt vom Bad. Jalousien und Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern waren verfügbar. Eine große Logia mit Wäschetrocknungsgestell. Eigener Zugang zum Faaker See mit Strand und Steg ist vorhanden und es gibt genug Liegen und Sonneschirme.

Eine Silikonfuge in der Küche vom Spülbecken zur Wand fehlt - das sollte nachgebessert werden für bessere Reinigung und Haltbarkeit. Der Abstellraum für Fahrräder und Badeutensilien könnte größer sein - er wird von Standup-Paddeln verstellt.

Tolle, geräumige Unterkunft mit Privatstrand. Sehr sauber, super ausgestattet, sogar mit Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war herrlich!

Alles super, tolle Ausstattung, besser kann es gar nicht sein. Kaffeekapseln, Mineralwasser, Tee, Zucker, Salz usw… alles vorhanden.

Spinnen im Zimmer, Reinigung könnte gründlicher sein.

Apartamento novo, limpo, bem equipado e decorado. Tem um terraço de onde é possível ver uma parte do lago e um acesso privativo para entrar nele, com deck, cadeiras e guarda-sol.

Alles top, wenn Faak dann bestimmt wieder hierher.

Tolles Appartment, alles an Ausstattung was man sich wünscht. Neu renoviert, alles sauber. Rezeptionistin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das einzige Manko war die Temperatur im Appartment. Wir waren an diesem Tag die einzigen Gäste und es war kalt im Appartment und hat sich leider auch nicht erwärmt.
