L'emplacement est excellent, il y a un accès privé au lac avec des transats, des parasols, des jouets pour les enfants. Chaque appartement dispose d'une place de parking. La route passe derrière l'immeuble mais on n'entend pas du tout les voitures. Le logement est très bien équipé. Le balcon avec table et chaises est parfait pour tous les repas dès qu'il fait beau, et c'était le cas pour nous.

Wir hatten ein Appartement im EG mit Seeblick auf der Rückseite des Hauses, daher keinen Straßenlärm. Fenster im Schlafzimmer mit Fliegengitter. Angenehm die Rolläden und die Klimaanlage. Die Küchengeräte waren gepflegt und sauber. Im Kühlschrank gibt es einen kleines Eisfach. Parkplätze stehen vor und hinter dem Haus ausreichend zur Verfügung. Sehr schöner Gartenbereich mit Zugang zum Wasser, Liegen gab es reichlich
Es wäre schön, wenn es in der separaten Toilette ein Handwaschbecken gäbe. Der Fahrradschuppen bietet Platz für ca. 8 Fahrräder (wenn keine Badesportgeräte dort abgestellt sind).

Die Müllabfuhr für Verpackungsabfall und Papier kommt nur eimal im Monat. Daher waren die Behälter schon am Ankunftstag extrem voll. Das ist kein Verschulden des Quartiergebers sondern der Gemeinde Faak am See.
