Austrian Stopover

Great for a one night stopover. Unfortunately wasn't here long enough to comment much, but there were no issues or problems. The host was very welcoming, extremely comfortable and clean apartment. Our two dogs were welcome to stay for an additional fee too, which was paid in advance by bank transfer.

Photos are a bit misleading regarding garden and outside area. What you see in the photo is actually an unenclosed area, literally just off of the public street. We were counting on a bit of fencing there for our two dogs, but instead had people walking close by. No privacy there whatsoever, but my mistake misjudging the images.

Exceptional

As soon as we walked in we felt at home! It was so comfortable. We had everything we needed. Lovely quiet area and 10 mins drive to Centre. Communication with host was good though we didnt meet in person.

Large comfortable apartment

Clean homely apartment, lots of storage, sauna, own garage. Has everything you need. Lovely garden with view of mountains. Loved that our dog was welcome. Excellent location close to the centre of Villach. Beautiful forest trails minutes away. Host was quick to respond to messages and friendly.

Zusammenfassend hat uns diese Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub nicht überzeugt.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Von der großen, mit Blumen umrandeten Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Mittagskogel/die Berge. Unweit der Unterkunft beginnen Wanderwege. Mit dem Auto sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und war zu jeder Zeit gut erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft ist mit samt Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen, im besonderen das Bett im kleineren Zimmer, ebenso so die Couchgarnitur im Wohnzimmer. Die Terrasse wäre besser mit einem Sichtschutz zum direkt angrenzenden doch erheblich genutzten Parkplatz der Ferienwohnungen im Haus. Gut wäre auch eine Info zur kleinen Garage für größere Fahrzeuge nicht geeignet. Super wäre ein Insektenschutz für die Schlafzimmer. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abgebrochen.

Opzione economica rispetto agli alberghi del centro

Poco fuori Villach ma si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti di auto (o Uber). Un appartamento con due camere da letto, una matrimoniale e l’altra singola con un divano letto matrimoniale (non spaziosissimo per due). L’appartamento ha anche un ampio soggiorno con divano grande dove in emergenza si potrebbe anche dormire. La cucina ampia, wc separato dal bagno principale, bagno con vasca/doccia non enorme ma sufficiente.

Charmante Ferienunterkunft mit einigen Abstrichen

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen,die Wohnung ist großzügig mit Terrasse und Garten, Küche voll ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, eine Renovierung wäre angebracht. ZB. funktionieren nur noch einige der Jalousien, die Flachspüler-Toilette im Mini-Wc ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, die Türen brauchen einen Farbanstrich usw. Trotzdem hat die Wohnung Charme.

Großzügige gut geschnittene Ferienwohnung, voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der Garten mit der tollen Terrasse war perfekt. Sehr gut auch die Garage da wir Fahrräder dabei hatten.

Wir würden uns über ein Fliegenschutzgitter an der Terrassentür und den Schlafzimmern freuen
