Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, mit Blick auf den See und die Berge, die Gondelbahn in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Odlična lokacija za skijanje na Gerlitzenu, oko 5-10 min. pješke od donje stanice gondole. Dobra povezanost vlakom s Villachom (10 min. vožnje, a vlak ide svakih sat vremena). Odlično opremljen apartman s jako lijepim pogledom na jezero. Natkriveni parking.
Malo mjesto u kojem baš nema staza za šetanje u zimskom periodu (uglavnom se treba šetati po cesti). Nema dućana, niti nekih drugih sadržaja u blizini, osim pizzerije na donjoj stanici gondole.

Apartament gustownie urządzony i w pełni wyposażony. Posiada własne miejsce parkingowe i narciarnie. Byliśmy zimą ale z pewnością godny polecenia również latem bo ma ładny taras.
Jedyny minus to nie ma możliwości zjechania na nartach do apartamentu. Nie dość że jest pod górkę to jeszcze nie ma śniegu 🙂 jednak jeśli pójdzie się na skróty przez sąsiednią posesję to jest blisko do gondoli. Chodziliśmy w normalnych butach i przebieraliśmy się na górnej stacji gondoli. Jest możliwość pozostawienie plecaka.
